岗位职责:人力资源部顺利有效运作,全面负责酒店的人力资源功能;建立及保持良好的员工关系和士气,以提高员工服务标准达到集团客人满意目标及完成酒店的商业战略计划。创造良好的企业文化,达到集团宗旨要求。岗位要求:1.英文书写及口语流利。2.良好口头及书面沟通技巧。3.与本地劳动局及政府机关保持良好关系。4.熟悉国家及本地法律。5.熟悉掌握工资、聘用及福利管理技巧。6.具有领导,指导和发展员工的能力。7.具有培训、激励、评估、指导员工及经理的能力,以达到预订目标。8.具有以身作则的能力。9.与所有员工保持良好关系,在任何时候保守员工及客人的机密10.具有建立完成及监督酒店及员工目标,战略计划及政策的能力。11.良好组织及展示技巧。
