Program to ensure operation of property is safe, effective and efficient•       成立开业前技术团队,并监督已批准的开业前工程预算。•       定期与业主方的项目经理、顾问、物业管理方、九龙仓酒店管理公司以及其他相关现场办公人员监控现场进度、工艺和尼依格罗品牌标准的产品符合性。•       编制并发布每周现场进度报告,以记录进度、材料质量和工艺。•       为总经理和其他开业前团队,如客房部、餐飲部、保安部提供技术支持。•       前往尼依格罗酒店(成都、重庆或长沙)一次或两次进行基准观察,并由现有工程总监作现场培训。•       准备并发布移交时所有区域的竣工查核事项表/缺陷清单,监控缺陷纠正的进度和工艺。•       收集所有移交文件,包括最终批准计划、竣工图、完工后检则报告、设备证书、运行及维护手册等。•       协助取得酒店经营许可证和其他与工程/环境保护相关的许可证或证书。•       组织供应商提供的所有工程相关设备的培训课程。•       与所有地方当局(消防局、卫生保健局、环境保护局、广播电视局、燃气供应局、暖气供应局、发电厂、供水局、劳动局等)保存更新的联系人名单,以处理常规操作和紧急情况。•       发展和建立酒店各大机电系统,公共区域和各种建筑设施的维护计划。保证酒店高效安全运行。 Post-opening 开业后•       Ensure that all group policies & procedures are followed and implemented accordingly•       Ensure that all local and national statutory regulations pertaining to engineering practices and related codes, as well as employment practices are adhered and compliance•       Ensure effective communication between the management and the department and to provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in formulating strategic goals and plan•       Establish contact and good rapport with local authorities; fire bureau, health & hygiene, environment protection, broadcasting & TV, gas supply, heating supply, Power plant, water supply, labor bureau etc.•       Establish and maintain good working relation with local contractors who will provide repair and maintenance service especially during emergency breakdown of the system•       Prepare and manage a cost effective operating budget to cover cost of all maintenance, utilities within the financial parameters set down by the hotel budget•       Make recommendation to management a special capital budget to include all changes, replacement and upgrade of equipment required•       Develop, implement and maintain energy conservation, tracking program so as to minimum utility expenses•       落实和执行集团的政策和标准程序。•       保证工程部工作符合当地和国家工程规定,并保证规定的职工准则在工作中得到坚持和执行。•       保证管理层和部门间有良好的沟通以及在工程方面向总经理提供专业的,建设性的意见确保完成酒店的战略目标和计划。•       与当地的权威执法部门如:消防局、卫生防疫站、环保局、广播电视局、煤气公司、供暖公司、电业局、自来水公司、劳动局保持良好关系。•       与当地设备维修承包公司保持和建立良好关系,特别是在发生紧急情况时,能够得到技术支援。解决工程问题和对系统缺陷提供建议及解决方案。•       按照酒店工程预算合理准备和管理实际工程和设备维修运行的费用。•       在进行固定资产预算时,向管理层提出建议包括改进,更换和对设备进行升级。•       发展和建立节能和跟进计划,以便降低运行成本。 Qualifications 任职要求Higher Diploma or degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical      Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalentMin 20 years working experience in hotel engineering or technical      support, Pre-opening DOE experience, preferably for international hotel      chains, is a mustGood Microsoft Office skills, AutoCAD knowledge a plusGood communication skill, patient and can work under pressure工程专业專科或本科毕业。至少20年酒店工程或技术支持工作经验,必须曾担任开业前工程部总监职位,最好具有国际连锁酒店的相关经验。良好的Microsoft Office技能,有AutoCAD知识者优先。良好的沟通技巧、耐心、能承受工作压力。
