What You’ll Do   - The General Manager leads their venue in providing best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. The General Manager sets the big-picture direction for their venue and works alongside with their leaders and teams to ensure our Guests have the best times of their lives.  - The General Manager ensures venue leaders build strong teams - through effective hiring, scheduling, Associate development and by driving team engagement. They are also responsible for all venue business functions - executing flawless operational activities, upholding processes and standards, maximizing financial performance, building relationships with their community and growing the Topgolf brand.  How You'll Do It * Operations & Business Acumen  - Develop, execute, and evolve a multi-year venue level business strategy with focus on brand positioning. - Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the venue: ensuring that it is operating with excellence. Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue.  - Understand and utilize data insights to inform strong business cases for decisions.  - Provide oversight of ongoing financial reporting, forecasting, and planning.  - Challenge and improve current practices and environment to meet the quality expectation of guests. Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the venue and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.  - Optimize the overall sales and revenue management strategy to capture growth and deliver long term profitability.  - Lead with integrity and align with Topgolf’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the venue asset.  - Bring Topgolf’s core values to life for the benefit of associates, guests by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the venue. Minimum 10 years experiences in hotel, theme-park or mass entertainment venues;  2. With pre-opening experience is a must;  3. Familiar with Wuhan market;  4. Strong Food & Beverage operation background or hotel rooms management background;  5. Has experience running team around 300 pax, such as Hotel Manager, EAM, or General Manager from medium size hotels, etc.;  Supervisory Experience:  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the first-hand or second-hand leader’s role;  2. Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills;  3. Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail;  4. Strong business sense; Language Skill: Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;  Computer Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Topgolf Sports & Entertainment Group's platforms include Topgolf venues, Toptracer and Topgolf Media.  What You’ll Do  Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the venue. Responsible for venue operation in the absence of the General Manager. Develop maximum profits through cost and labor control. Drive guest experience and ensure all departments are profitable and run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the venue specifically, including cleanliness of guests’ rooms and associated facilities, and security for venue patrons and associates.  How You’ll Do It  * Administration  - Direct the function of Operations Management and planning in conjunction with General Manager to meet the daily needs of the venue, including, but not limited to, staffing, forecasting, controlling and supervising.  - Carry out all policies established by SEAL and Topgolf and operate the venue in the absence of the Director of Operations, following internal, SEAL & Topgolf policies and procedures; prepare reports requested by the Director of Operations, SEAL and Topgolf.  - To conduct regular communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary. Clearly describe, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various sub-departments under his/her supervision; conduct appropriate meetings and coordinate with the other department heads to ensure that proper communication leads to guest satisfaction and maximum profit and productivity. To champion Topgolf’s culture and values.  * Guest Service  - To ensure that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. To spend time in public areas observing associate-guest interaction, to converse with guests and provide direction and observations to department leaders to improve associate’s guest service skills continually. To handle all guest and associate complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner with adequate follow through to ensure that problems are resolved satisfactorily.  * Operational  - Direct and coordinate with the Director of Facilities to ensure that the venue is maintained and that all mechanical equipment is in good working order; ensure the implementation of a preventative maintenance system, work-order system, and energy conservation program and all fire life safety equipment is monitored and in working order.  - Direct and coordinate with the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure high quality and high standards of F&B operations, including food production, equipment use and control, banquet service, beverage service, restaurant service and food and beverage purchasing. Ensure the cleanliness of all food and beverage facilities including the restaurant, bar, banquet rooms, storage rooms and kitchen.  - Direct and coordinate with the Director of Hospitality to ensure maximum profits, a sterling reputation, public areas and VIP areas are clean and in perfect working order.  - To lead the operational department’s preparation and adjustments are made to optimize performance with Audits such as brand standards, hygiene and safety and security. To analyze and communicate the KPI of the company and venue and align all associates to ensure that all goals are met or exceeded.  - To work with the Security Manager to ensure the safe environment for our guests and associates. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.  * Associates  - To oversee and assist in the recruitment and selection of all operational associates. To ensure that department leaders follow venue guidelines and SOPs when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting the right Associate with the right attitude, aptitude and skills.  - To oversee the punctuality and appearance of all associates; making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene according to the venue and department’s grooming standards.  - To maximize the effectiveness of department leaders by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.  - To conduct annual Performance/Development discussions with department leaders and support them in their professional development goals and ensure that they in turn conduct annual Performance/Development evaluations with their associates.  - To ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to associates’ rules, regulations and the SEAL Code of Conduct.  - Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring. They are also responsible for setting up processes and meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Live with the Brand and be a Brand Ambassador! How You'll Do It Finance - Perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate your team's overall performance against quotas. - Financial Acumen – Reporting, Analytics, Pricing, Market Intelligence while maximizing profitability, forecasting and revenue management strategies. Strategic planning - Conduct market analysis and devise strategies for generating new business. - Relationship and Collaboration – Establish close working relationship with all internal stakeholders responsible for driving venue revenues, including General Manager, Director of Operations, Finance Leader and others as appropriate. - Development and Implementation of Strategic Sales & Marketing Strategies – Through critical thinking, ensure strategies are consistent with the dynamic needs and goals of the venue both short and long-term.  Forward thinking strategy development and execution to drive profitable business results. Venue Marketing - Social Media & Public Relations – Key stakeholder in Topgolf venue reputation management through these emerging platforms.  Ensure that the social media and Public Relations strategy is in line with that of brand and is effectively targeting the demographics of the venue guest.  Engage with the support teams when necessary to leverage their intimate knowledge of the consumer. - Customer Interactions – Relationship building, negotiations and site inspections.  Ensure that all sales related activities support our customer satisfaction and retention goals.  - Create sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests and driving repeat sales. - Together with the Marketing Team, identify, evaluate and secure appropriate sponsorships that generate exposure for Venue and assist in the development of revenues and branding. Sales - Revenue Management - Collaborate with the General Manager to evaluate business opportunities to include but not limited to configuration and compliance of optimization tools to provide pricing and inventory guidance to all sellers.  In addition, align with the General Manager and related function head on segment priorities, available need periods, and opportunities to develop strategies subsequently that drive top line revenues. - Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the sales & marketing team, while maintaining focus on the company strategic goals. - Establish performance goals for the sales & marketing team and monitor performance on a continual basis. - Develop, or participate with senior associate in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan. - Customer Interactions – Relationship building, negotiations, and site inspections.  Ensure that all sales related activities support our customer satisfaction and retention goals.  Business travel as needed to industry tradeshows and events.
