确保客房整洁并与酒店标准一致，保养、供需品和环境 都保持高品质。对所辖客房区域的每一件客房进行视察，以确保家具、设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁、修缮、保养、更换和整修。视察所有空房以及有人入住的房间，检查清洁的水准及缺少的客用物品。有任何水准缺欠问题都告知客房服务员并跟进。确保检查所有已退房间并且尽快释放以让新的客人可以 及时入住。检查所有客房，重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达， 以及常住客人的房间卫生。确保客房服务员无论何时都进行正确的清洁程序和步骤。监督所有的定期打扫项目，并如期更新档案，如：床垫 更换、革新、大清洁等。通过对所辖区域每一个房间的检查，确保所辖区域的房 间状态是正确的并与电脑房态一致。检查夜床服务是否符合标准。确保物品补给订单的正确，为了防止浪费，可进行适当的储存和循环利用，包括布草和小酒吧物品。负责准备间的清洁，随时都要保持准备间干净整洁和卫生。每天阅读主管笔记本，将下个班次需耍跟进的工作记录 进笔记本。记录日常所有的活动，例如客人的投诉和喜好等。及时向楼层经理汇报楼层的异常情况。报告和跟踪维修和保养情况。采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉。并汇报给上级 主管。提醒员工报告并上交任何客人的遗留物品。记录日常事件并继续向下一班次的主管做好交班。时刻提供准确、高效和友善的服务。把握每一个可以令客人满意和愉悦的机会。掌握所有设备的操作方法，培训员工安全工作和正 确的操作方式。保证所有机器和清洁用品都被正确使用，并与当地的安全标准保确保客用品和易耗品的消耗得到控制。及时、主动和同事沟通准确的信息。向团队的新员工给予在岗和课堂式的培训。负责交班会和每日培训。管理员工工作表现并辅导。按时完成上级主管分配的其他任务。Ensuring the guest room standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level.Inspects all guestrooms for the assigned floors to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required.Inspect all vacant and occupied rooms to check standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and / or supplies. Report any problems to the Room Attendants and follow up.Ensure all departure rooms are checked and released promptly for guests check in.To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.Ensure that proper cleaning procedures and steps are taken at all times by Room Attendant.7.Supervise all special projects and update the file accordingly, i.e. mattress turning, renovations, general cleaning, etc.8.Ensure all the room status is correct and compliance with Opera system and updated on time through the inspection.9.To check on the standard of "Turn down service".10.Ensure supplies are correctly ordered, properly stored and re-used as directed to avoid wastage, including linen and mini bar items.Responsible for the cleanliness of the pantry, keeping it clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.Read and initial supervisors log book daily. Record any special requests or messages for follow up by the next shift.To document all daily activities and events such as guest complaints and habits in the logbook.Inform the Floor Manager of any unusual events immediately.To report and follow up on repair and maintenance.To attend the guest requests and complaints.
