Duties &Responsibilities:1. Get close to departments and hotel staffs in a professional and positive attitude to promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.2. Explore school for trainee and maintain the cooperation ship with school3. Manage the on-line recruitment through the recruitment website.Adherence to pre, during and post-employment checklist, maintain recruitment related documents.4. Assist to hunt qualified candidates or provides relevant information via recommendations internally or externally.5. Ensure timely preparation and arrangement for selection, interview and recruitment.6. Analyzes recruitment sources and meets with external agencies to ensure affirmative action compliance. Ensure applicant tracking is up to date and within the company’s required guidelines.7. Liaison with recruitment website, agencies, job marketing and hotel schools to expand and maintain the recruitment channel.Participate in site inspections of schools, colleges and universities.8. Manage all recruitment advertisement website or tools effectivelyExperience:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position in a 5 star international branded hotel or comparable industry related experience.Additional Skill required:1. Good communication skill.2. Good team player and corporate attitude.
