As a Service Leader – Recruitment, we rely on you to
Implements effective and efficient recruitment and selection procedures
Ensure all hiring are covered by properly authorized documents and follows established procedures in handling both local and expatriate.
Develop and maintain all recruitment channels, promote hotel by new social channels.
Maintain and explore new Campus resources and ensure internship recruitment needs.
Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.
We are looking for someone who:
Good communication skill
Good language skill both in English and Chinese due to the needs of working with local and foreign staffs and partners.
Relevant experience in same position
Self-driven and motivated person.
Able to work under pressure
