· Responsible for the planning and effective control of all issues within the Department, to provide positive leadership obtaining the results required to achieve the hotel budget and develop a team working environment. Establish good cooperation with concerned departments about salary and benefit.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role) 本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

· Design and improve the salary structure.
· 负责公司劳动工资计划预算编制、预算执行。
· Responsible for manning budget.
· 负责全公司社会保险和住房公积金的缴纳及管理。
· Responsible for payment of social insurance and housing fund.
· 负责全公司员工的薪资及福利的核算与发放。
· Responsible for accounting and paying staff’s salary and benefits.
· 负责全公司年假与加班的管理与核算。
· Responsible for manage the annual leave and overtime.
· 按时完成公司各项月度报表和年度报表。
· Responsible for HR monthly report and annual report.
· 执行离职面谈并提供员工离职原因的反馈。
· Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover
· 遵循聘用前,雇用期间和离职检查单。
· Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists

· Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

· Prepares and administers detailed induction program for new staff

· Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
