Advise, propose and recommend systems and procedures to enhance
performance and teamwork and ensuring a harmonious colleague relation’s
climate
为提高业绩及团队协作提议和推荐系统、程序,确保和谐的员工关系氛围。
- Ensure all the policies and procedures are in line with current Hotel guidelines and local and government legislation
确保所有政策程序符合酒店当前的指导方针及政府和当地的法规。

Ensure all colleague benefits, colleague facilities and entitlements
are well maintained and administered timely and accurately
确保所有员工福利、员工设施和各项权利得到及时准确的管理和妥善维护
- Coordinate with Department Heads in ensuring colleague commitment to company rules and policies
与部门经理协调以确保员工遵循公司规章制度
- Ensure all colleagues records are updated, complete and accurate, including the HRMIS system
确保包括人力资源管理信息系统在内的所有员工纪录更新及时、完整准确
- Maintain and update of HR manual, policy and procedures and job descriptions
维护和更新人力资源手册、政策规章及职位说明
- Coordinate the Annual Performance Review with all departments
与各部门协调年度绩效评估
- Assist in preparation of HR monthly reports
协助制作人力资源部月度报告
- Responsible for the monthly payroll and all related documents
负责每月工资关账及相关报表

Responsible for the new enrolment and transfer out of the monthly
social insurance and housing fund and update the related reports to
Finance
负责每月社会保险及公积金的转入及转出,并更新报表至财务部
- Responsible for the monthly update and annual service renew of the other colleague extra insurance
负责员工其它额外保险的每月更新及年度服务续签相关事宜
- Responsible for the tracking of monthly probation review and employment contract renew
负责每月试用期及劳动合同续签事宜跟进

Responsible for all annual based adjustment from local governments
regarding the social insurance and housing fund based pay and average
salary declaration.
负责本地政府规定的年度社会保险及公积金年度基数调整和平均工资申报事宜。
- Conduct Orientation Program
开展入职培训
- Liaise with HRMIS vendor for system set up and all system configuration issues to ensure the system is running smoothly
与人力资源管理信息系统供应商联系系统设置和一切系统编排问题,以确保该系统顺利运作
- Assist in preparation & action of HR activities.
协助人力资源部员工活动的准备及现场执行工作
- Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
