DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
职责和任务
1.
Offers any kind of help and suggestions to all
concerned in dealing with personnel related matters.
为办公室内部相关事情提供帮助及提出建议。
2.
Handle the check in/out for Level B1 and below Team
Members.
负责B1级及以下员工入职和离职手续。
3.
Takes charge of the filing system at the HR Office and
keeps all the files in a good system.
负责办公室内部的档案管理及其他文件的管理。
4.
Monitors on the using of stationery & printing
materials in the Office.
负责文具,纸张等办公用品的补充及发放。
5.
Be responsible for the translation or some other word
input in the HR office.
负责相关文字的电脑输入及翻译。
6.
Attend the following meetings and for the minutes.
参加以下会议并负责会议纪要。
a)
Department meetings at discretion of HRD or HRM.
人力资源总监或人力资源部经理决定的会议。
b) Other meetings on
called.
其他被通知要参加的会议。
7.
Maintains effective internal communication with team
members.
保持和员工的有效沟通。
8.
Provide necessary information and explanations to
team tember in the time correctly and accurately as required.
为员工的询问提供准确而正确的回答及解释。
9.
Avoids negative comments on hotel policies and
procedures, financial and business performance, promotions, and activities.
避免消极评判饭店的规章制度,生意情况,提升,业绩表现等事情。
10. Provides relevant
information and assists to the design and edition of team member magazines,
newsletter, and fliers, etc.
为员工杂志,员工告示栏等的编辑提供相关信息。
11. Ensures all team
member facilities in reading room and recreation room and team member Dorm are
maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.
确保员工阅览室和娱乐室及员工宿舍等设施都能正常使用,并符合酒店的卫生标准。
12. Be in charge of
team member Locker room and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.
管理员工更衣室,并符合酒店的卫生标准。
13.
Assist in the
organization of the team member activity and recreation.
协助部门组织员工活动。
14. Organize monthly
team member canteen management committee routine meetings, and following up the
discussion items.
组织每月的员工餐管理委员会例会,并跟进解决措施。
15. Follows up the
opinions and suggestions of team member communication meetings, and feedback in
time.
跟进月度员工沟通会议的意见与建议事项, 并及时反馈。
16. Collects and
reports issues mentioned in team member suggestion box, and feedback follow-up
situation.
及时收集并反映员工建议箱所提及事宜,并反馈跟进情况。
17. Ensures that all
team member abide by the hotel dress codes and hotel rules.
确保每一位员工都遵守酒店的着装及管理制度。
18. Ensures all team
member facilities in reading room and recreation room and team member Dorm are
maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.

19. Be in charge of

20. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency
policies and procedures.

21. To ensure that all
team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team
member Rules and Regulations.

22.
The management
reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any
point of time during her / his employment.

23. Carries out any
other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
