工作概述:制定整体宴会和餐饮市场开发计划, 促进酒店餐饮销售,并给予各酒店餐饮活动和促销相关的业务支持。负责集团餐饮销售渠道的开发与维护,通过餐饮活动或包价产品提升市场关注度,并促进酒店餐饮消费。主要职责:1)    在商务市场部管理层的领导下,制定集团整体餐饮年度,月度和季节性促销方案。2)    制定餐饮销售推广工作计划,有步骤地开发潜在的客源市场。3)    充分了解和掌握餐饮市场信息,进行市场分析和预测;了解和掌握同行的业务状况,收集业务信息。4)    负责餐饮重要客户及潜在重要客户的资料收集,建立和归纳餐饮客源的相关资料,推动餐饮客源数据库。5)    协助下属酒店当地餐饮渠道客户的开发与维护,及餐饮产品的销售及推广。向集团管理层提供市场对相关酒店菜品和服务方面的意见反馈。任职要求:10年以上酒店餐饮管理工作经验,熟悉餐饮及宴会营销、酒店运营等工作,主要负责酒店餐饮的销售与管理、人员梯队的建设与管理,有较强的领导力和责任心。
