MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Checking deliveries of food, beverage and generalitems to ensure all aspects of goods received comply with orders previouslyplaced, including quality and quantity. Receiving into Store, Issuing andCorrect Storage of Food, Beverage and General Items.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Secondaryschool leaving or equivalent.

• At least one year receiving experience and basic clerical background.

To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.

1.Responsible for the daily management of the daily work of the dessert room.

2.Responsible for the cost control of all food claims per day.

3.Provide management training for department personnel and products.

4.Participate in assisting the head chef of the restaurant, promotions and menu adjustments based on annual market research.

【职位要求】Job Specs
1.More than 2 years of working experience in the same position in an international five-star hotel.
具有国际五星级酒店同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2.Familiar with the production of Western desserts, and have a certain sense of innovation.
熟悉西式甜点制作,有一定的创新意识。
· 每日负责上汤和二汤的调制工作,在规定的时间交后锅使用。
· 对所需浸发的干货(鲍鱼、鱼翅、燕窝、干贝、火腿等)正确保质的加工处理。
· 点菜单上什加工制作的菜品,能快速的加工出来。保证出品的质量。
· 负责宴会厨房的生产品种的安排,检查员工的仪表仪容,督促员工遵守各项规章制度。
· 根据客情,负责签发当日和隔天原料的计划,定购领用单。
· 督导并带领员工,按照规格标准生产,并及时提供产品。
· 每日餐前完成对菜单、蒸制品的原料准备工作,及配汁的调制工作(姜汁、蒜泥等)。
· 每日向主管负责人汇报当日制品的销售,剩余量情况、次日合理准备剩余物品,妥善储存严防变质。
· 严查设备的运转情况,水电油的供给是否充足,严防蒸箱内无水,保证蒸箱的使用功能,并达到安全卫生标准要求。
· 了解各种设备的正确操作方法,熟知隐患原因,能提前消除。
· 熟知不同原料对火候的不同要求,掌握干货泡发,提高发货率。
