Manages ADD Essence, Chinese restaurant Yuexuan, lobby
lounge Pulse, Vine Bar, Deli, room service, banquet operations and staff on a
daily basis. As a department head,
directs and works with the food and beverage management team and TMs to
successfully execute all restaurant and banquet operations; strives to continually
improve guest and TM satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in
areas of responsibility.

Implements operating strategies and executes
activities to drive and continuously improve financial results, guest
satisfaction, human capital index and market share.

Operations:
Directs the operations of all restaurant outlets, room service, lobby lounge,
Deli and banquet. Works with Food &
Beverage Director and TMs to execute the F&B strategy and focus on meeting
or exceeding departmental and hotel goals.
Ensures compliance with Hilton Operating Standards to maintain brand
integrity.
日常运作:所负责的区域包含所有餐厅、酒吧、卡颂、送餐服务部和宴会厅。和餐饮副经理及团队成员一起完成餐饮部的战略计划并达成预期目标的同时,确保遵守希尔顿酒店的营运标准及保持其品牌的完整性。
Guest Satisfaction: Ensures to meet or exceed guest expectations
and build customer loyalty through product and excellent service provided by
the restaurant and banquet. Thus to maintain or raise SALT scores in Hilton
guest satisfaction evaluation system.
客人满意度: 确保通过餐厅和宴会厅的产品和优质服务,达到或是超越顾客的期望,并建立和宾客之间的忠诚度, 从而保持或提升希尔顿宾客满意度。
Human Resources:
Hires, develops and retains a diverse workforce to deliver more excellent
products and services. Creates and sustains a work environment that focuses on
fair and equitable treatment and TM satisfaction to enable business success.
Focuses heavily on TM training and development and uses all Hilton tools to
ensure compliance with all Hilton training programs. Furthermore places
emphasis on the TM engagement survey and monthly follow up.

Sales and Revenue Management: Assists in developing the F&B marketing
strategy targeting both in-house and walk-in customers. Maximizes revenue by concentrating on both
the average check and number of covers.
Leads the vision for long term planning in areas of responsibility.
Needs to be well informed about the latest dining & bar trends in town and
is able to convert this into actions into the outlets.
销售和收益管理: 协助提高餐饮内部在对内及对外客人上的营销目标值,最大的收入主要集中在平均消费值和宾客数量上.要在像负责的区域内长期进行关注。
Financial Management: Develops and manages the department’s annual operating
budget including capital expenditures to achieve or exceed budget expectations.
Is able to actively manage the P&L budget vs. actual numbers.
