MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Responsible for supervisingand directing the work of the on-duty security guards to ensure the correctimplementation of hotel procedures.
负责监督和指导当班保安员的工作,确保酒店制定工作程序正确执行。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• Graduated from technical secondary school
中专毕业
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Minimum 3 years hotel experience.
至少三年的酒店经验。
• Veteran or fire certificate preferred.
退伍军人或持消防证书优先。
• Demonstrate a high level of safe working standards.
展现高水平的安全工作标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• A Passionate with good leadership ability.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

• A clean criminal record is a-must.

岗位职责:
1.To check and verify room status report.
及时核对房间状态报告。
2.To clean all assigned rooms and designated public area in accordance with the established procedure.
严格按照酒店服务流程清洁所分配房间和公共区域。
3.Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to.
确保并关注客人提出的所有需求。
4.Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift.
负责工作间,服务车和其他设施设备的维修、保养。确保在下班前,各种设施、 设备以及服务用品以正确的方式放在合适的位置。
5.Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible.
如拾到客人的遗失物品,应及时通知办公室,并在第一时间归还到办公室。
6.Report any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
及时将客人的投诉和楼面上可疑人物报告给客房主管。
7.Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of corridor and service areas.
确保酒店走廊及服务区域的绝对清洁。
岗位要求:
1.男女不限,年龄50岁以内,五官端正,中专及以上学历;
2.服从工作安排,吃苦耐劳,性格开朗大方,有酒店行业同岗位工作经验者优先录用。
