【​岗​位​职​责​】​ ​ ​ ​1​、​负​责​客​房​部​的​日​常​运​营​管​理​，​确​保​客​房​清​洁​、​布​草​更​换​、​物​品​补​充​等​工​作​符​合​酒​店​标​准​；​ ​ ​ ​2​、​制​定​并​执​行​客​房​清​洁​计​划​，​监​督​客​房​服​务​员​的​工​作​质​量​，​定​期​检​查​客​房​卫​生​及​设​施​状​况​；​ ​ ​ ​3​、​负​责​客​房​用​品​的​库​存​管​理​，​包​括​采​购​申​请​、​领​用​登​记​及​成​本​控​制​；​ ​ ​ ​4​、​处​理​客​人​的​投​诉​及​特​殊​需​求​，​确​保​提​供​优​质​的​客​户​服​务​；​ ​ ​ ​5​、​对​新​员​工​进​行​岗​位​培​训​，​提​升​团​队​服​务​技​能​和​工​作​效​率​；​ ​ ​ ​6​、​协​助​部​门​经​理​完​成​绩​效​考​核​、​排​班​安​排​及​其​他​行​政​事​务​；​ ​ ​ ​7​、​定​期​向​上​级​汇​报​工​作​进​展​，​提​出​改​进​建​议​并​落​实​相​关​措​施​。​ ​ ​ ​ ​【​岗​位​要​求​】​ ​ ​ ​1​、​初​中​及​以​上​学​历​，​具​备​3​年​以​上​酒​店​客​房​服​务​或​相​关​岗​位​工​作​经​验​；​ ​ ​ ​2​、​熟​悉​客​房​清​洁​流​程​、​布​草​管​理​及​客​房​服​务​标​准​，​有​团​队​管​理​经​验​者​优​先​；​ ​ ​ ​3​、​具​备​较​强​的​沟​通​协​调​能​力​，​能​妥​善​处​理​客​人​投​诉​及​突​发​事​件​；​ ​ ​ ​4​、​工​作​细​致​认​真​，​责​任​心​强​，​能​适​应​高​强​度​工​作​及​轮​班​制​度​；​ ​ ​ ​5​、​年​龄​2​5-​5​0​岁​，​身​体​健​康​，​无​不​良​嗜​好​；​ ​ ​ ​6​、​具​备​基​本​的​电​脑​操​作​能​力​，​能​熟​练​使​用​办​公​软​件​。​
