工作职责：1、了解并掌握前厅部或客房部的基础工作内容，如熟练操作为客人办理入住、退房，在大堂解决客人问询；或准确地为客人提供客房送物服务，接听服务中心的来电并处理来电事项，等；2、了解酒店客房销售的规则，熟悉酒店的各项对客政策，学会处理各种情况下的宾客关系；3、根据公司培养计划，参与酒店一线实践、轮岗培养；4、从协助工作到独立执行部门日常工作，完成上级交办的各项工作。任职资格：1、学历：全日制本科及以上学历；2、专业：不限（旅游管理，酒店管理优先）；3、英语水平：通过CET－4级；4、加分项：院校学生会、社团经验； 相关实习或工作经验。5、综合素质：① 热爱酒店行业，关注细节，同理心强；② 目标坚定，脚踏实地，有韧性；③ 良好的沟通、团队协作能力。

Voyage is a full-time, paid development program. As an associate and trainee, you’ll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real world assignments.   About the journey Voyage is an elite, award-winning program that provides a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum. The program takes place at a Marriott International managed hotel, not a classroom, and is offered in 50+ countries.
