BASIC FUNCITON基本职责
Helps
kitchen employees prepare raw food for cooking. Cleans work areas and
equipments and kitchens. performs miscellaneous tasks

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
1. Relieves Commis I of routine tasks; prepares raw food for cooking.
减轻1级厨师的工作负担,帮助准备生的食品以备烹饪
2. Scrubs, scrapes and scours work tables, meat blocks and refrigerators; washes and dries utensils
擦洗,刮擦,磨亮工作台,刀,冰箱,清扫地板,清洗擦干皿
3. Carries dirty cooking utensils to stewarding and returns cleaned ones for use of respective kitchens
拿脏的器皿去管事部,把干净的拿回去,以备使用
4. Obtains and arranges utensils and supplies on the instructions of superiors. Lights stoves and ranges if necessary.
根据管理员的指令来准备器皿保障供给,如有需要点燃炉子
5. Cleans and maintains work area, equipment, cold rooms and refrigerators.
清洁,维护工作区域,设备,冷房和冰箱
6. Transports
foodstuffs by hand or by hand truck between kitchen and other points in
the hotel, or between points in the kitchen.
在厨房和厨房之间转运食品必须用手推车
7. Transfers raw and cooked food from storeroom to preparation areas and distributes to kitchen concerned.
生食和被烹饪的烹饪食品,必须在仓库,准备区域运转和分发到相关厨房
8. Learns proper use of basic equipment, utensils and materials used in the respective kitchen.
学习正确使用基本设备,器皿以及在厨房使用的物品。
9. Performs other tasks that may be required by his superior.
