此工作职位的职责在于检查所分配楼层的清洁卫生和维护工作。根据酒店出租率及在岗的主管人数，每人会负责2到 3 层楼，每层楼安排4名楼层服务员。每位楼层服务员负责按照酒店既定服务标准及程序清洁客房、楼道和工作间。The incumbent in this position is responsible for supervising the cleaning and maintenance operations on the floors assigned to him/her. Depending on occupancy and number of supervisors available, may have up to 2 to 3 floors assigned with 4 room attendants working on each floor.
