1. Implements all sales action plans related to therespective market (by segment and geographicallocations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.依照销售计划根据各自的市场(根据市场细分划分或地理位置划分)执行相应的销售活动。
2. Actively participates in achieving the departmentalgoals which contribute to the marketing budget.积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3. Closely monitors accounts revenue and businessproduction for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4. Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection forall walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for futurefollow .负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
5. Assists and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenueand ADR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.协助销售总监预测未来公司/散客/会议和长住客房间的收入的平均房价。
6. Attends major travel functions and promotionalevents (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilitiesand services) for the hotel.参与主要的旅行社和推广的活动(如商展)以便促进酒店销售(房间,宴会,服务以及其他设施)。
7. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval ofDirector of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas,calling on accounts within the specific market areas. 8. Guide Sales Manager/Sales Executives and SalesCoordinator get known all information of competitors, such as rate, topaccounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.指导销售经理/销售主任/销售协调员了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向销售总监汇报。
9. Work together and close communication with EventSales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall businessgoals through regular entertainment and some activation.与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作,通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
