1、八年以上奢华酒店品牌市场销售工作经验
2、协助总经理完成酒店所有与收入及市场销售相关的工作并完成总经理安排的相关工作
3、全面负责对销售部,宴会销售部,收益管理与预订部,及市场传讯部的管理工作
4、带领酒店商务团队完成相关关键指标,包括但不限于管理酒店的持续盈利能力,确保酒店的收益
和利润,宾客满意度达标甚至超过标准要求
5、制定酒店年度/季度/月度预算预测与工作计划,并有效的予以实施
6、参与开拓和实施酒店和部门的政策规定
7、制定开拓市场销售战略和促销计划,实时更具市场情况进行调整
8、督导和推动市场销售计划的进展和实施
9、为商务发展部设定清晰的工作目标,实施员工个人技能的发展,业绩的复核训导和培训
10、监督和评估当前发起的市场销售活动以及市场动态
1. Above 8 Years in luxury hotels Sales working experience
2. Assist the General Manager to complete all workrelated to revenue and marketing of the
hotel, completing work assigned by the General Manager
3. Responsible for themanagement of Sales, Banquet Sales, Revenue Management,
Reservations, andmarketing communications
4. Lead the hotel businessteam to achieve relevant key indicators, including but not limited to
managingthe hotel's continued profitability, ensuring the hotel's revenue and profit,and guest
satisfaction to meet or exceed the standard requirements
5. Develop the hotel's annual /quarterly / monthly budget forecast and work plans,
implementing themeffectively
6. Participate in developingand implementing hotel and departmental policies and regulations
7. Develop marketing strategiesand promotion plans to adjust to the market situation in real
time
8. Supervise and drive theprogress and implementation of marketing plans
9. Set clear objectives forbusiness development, implement personal skill development,
performance reviewtrainings and other trainings
