ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 主要职责:
1. 对所负责的市场区域不断深入开拓及挖掘,并将开拓结果向市场销售总监汇报。
Deeply develop and explorer new potential markets for Sales responsible area and report the results and performance to Director of Sales & Marketing.
2. 每周有效安排销售活动并追踪成果:按计划走访新老客户,宴请目标客户及安排客户参观,跟进客户反馈及落实部门改进,为公寓持续增加生意。
Monitor catering sales team weekly effective sales activities (sales call, ENT, site inspection, events survey and follow up) and sales results, to ensure to solicit business for the apartment for both rooms and food & beverage.
3. 每日按计划高效走访客户并追踪结果,以期在客房及餐饮上为公寓寻求更多的业务。
Arrange daily effective sales activities and sales results to assigned accounts, to ensure to solicit business for the apartment for both rooms and food & beverage.
4. 确保对于竞争对手活动、市场信息、客户及行业信息的时时关注, 安排市场拓展、客户拜访等,确保对于潜在客户市场的全面覆盖,确保完成各项销售指标。
Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities, marketing information, accounts and industry information at all times, complete marketing development, visit accounts etc., to ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, to ensure meet sales targets.
6. 熟知缦合品牌标准。
Ensure fully aware of the MAHAl's brand standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 任职要求:
Education 教育水平:
-College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management.
大学毕业文凭或酒店管理毕业证书
Experience 工作经验:
-Minimum of 2 years Sales management experience, preferably in luxury hotel brand, residence and knowledge of luxury industry.
至少两年以上的销售管理经验,有豪华酒店、公寓品牌管理经验优先,了解对奢侈品行业。
Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:
-Ability to read, write and speak English. Good Communications skills and Computer skill.
英语听说读写能力及良好的交流沟通能力和电脑操作水平
-Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
