一、岗位概述 酒店西厨房冷菜主管是负责西餐冷菜制作、出品质量把控以及团队管理的关键岗位。他们需要具备专业的烹饪技能和团队管理能力，确保西厨房冷菜出品的质量与口味，同时提升厨房团队的工作效率和协作能力。 二、具体职责 1. 团队管理 - 组建和管理冷菜制作团队，确保团队成员具备相应的技能和专业知识。 - 监督团队成员的工作表现，进行定期考核和评估。 - 制定并执行厨房团队的培训计划和晋升机制，提升团队的整体水平。 2. 菜品制作与出品 - 负责西餐冷菜的烹饪制作，确保菜品的口味和质量符合酒店标准。

为确保蒸汽锅炉系统及其相关机电设备安全、有效地运行及维护。

Primary Responsibilities主要职责 ·Assists the Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the entire bar operations to the standards established by the Hotel. ·Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverage outlets. ·Enforces safety regulations and sanitation standards secures all storage areas for beverages. ·Controls the requisition of beverages and all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation. ·Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of drink list. ·Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails. ·Executes the general responsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant and achieving sales goals. ·Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard. ·Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place. ·Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies. ·Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.   · 协助经理做好整个吧台运营操作的人员配备，组织的方方面面，达到酒店制定的标准。 ·负责监督所有酒水部门参与准备人员的活动和服务人员的活动。 ·为保证酒水储存区的安全，需严格执行安全法规和卫生标准。 ·为确保正常运作，控制好酒水的申请和领用，同时确保正常的库存。 ·向员工介绍减少酒水清单的准备、服务和内容。 ·掌握酒水知识。 ·执行必须要的职责，将餐厅运营操作成本降到最低，实现销售目标。 ·负责下订单，推销部门特色菜，按照既定的标准服务客人。 ·做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。 ·确保材料供应充足，并申请采购所需的物品。 ·确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。 Knowledge and Experience知识和经验 ·Good oral and written communication skills. ·Experienced in all aspects of beverage. ·Minimum 1-2 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a International operation environment. ·Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. ·Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills. ·Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent.   ·良好的口头及书面沟通能力。 ·丰富的酒水经验。 ·至少1-2年酒店工作经验，至少一年国际品牌酒店工作经验。 ·始终保持良好和专业的形象。 ·优秀的领导者和培训师，具备良好的激励和团队合作能力。 ·注重细节，良好的人际交往能力，能够和不同的人才相处。

Primary Responsibilities主要职责 ·When on duty, to stick to their posts, not to leave their posts without any reason, to leave the security foreman to explain the reasons. ·Stop suspicious persons from entering the hotel in time. ·If you have special guardianship work, you must stick to your post and not leave privately. ·Parking in hotel parking lots should be reasonable and keep the roads in the parking lot unblocked. ·In case of a major dinner and important guests to the hotel, should be an hour or so ahead of schedule to empty the parking space, to prevent incidents occur outside. ·Resolutely put an end to talking with taxi drivers and irrelevant personnel at their post time. ·Inspect hotel rooms, corridors, staircases, restaurants, offices and locker rooms. ·Hotel safety positions should be maintained on duty (lobby, talent passageway, key locations, etc.). ·当值时，要坚守岗位，不得以任何理由擅自离开工作岗位，离开时要向保安领班讲明原因。 ·及时制止可疑人员进入酒店。 ·如有特殊的监护工作，要坚守岗位，不准私自离开。 ·酒店停车场车辆停放要合理，并要保持停车场的道路畅通。 ·如遇重大宴请和重要宾客来酒店时，要提前一小时左右将车位空出，防止以外事件发生。 ·坚决杜绝与出租汽车驾驶员及无关人员在岗位时间聊天。 ·对酒店的客房走廊、楼梯口、餐厅、办公室、更衣室进行巡查。 ·酒店的安全岗位，应保持有人执勤（大堂、人才通道、重点部位等）。 Knowledge and Experience知识和经验 ·High school graduation ·Security guard post certificate ·Reliable and consistent ·Comes across as enthusiastic, energetic ·Can work as part of a team ·高中教育学历 ·持有保安证优先考虑 ·可靠性和一致性 ·充满热情，充满活力 ·能融入团队
