（一）专业背景 1、 中医学、中医美容、针灸推拿、美容美体、中医养生保健等相关专业优先，具备扎实的中医基础理论知识； 2、熟悉经络穴位、体质辨识、脏腑调理、中医养生美容等专业内容； 3.、持有美容师证、健康管理师、中医康复理疗师等相关证书者优先。 （二）行业经验 1.、2年以上中医养生美容行业培训或一线技术/店长经验，熟悉美容院/养生馆项目体系； 2、有门店内训、员工技能提升、拓客项目讲解经验者优先。 （三）授课能力 1、语言表达清晰流畅，台风稳健，控场能力强，能独立完成线下授课、公开课、讲座； 2、 擅长理论+实操结合教学，能规范示范手法、纠正学员操作； 3、可独立制作PPT课件、编写教案、整理培训资料。 （四）技能与综合素养 1、熟练掌握常见中医外治技法（推拿按摩、刮痧、罐疗、艾灸等）、养生美容手法、项目流程； 2、具备课程内容优化、培训体系完善能力； 3、善于沟通，有耐心、责任心强，能跟进学员学习效果并做辅导； 4、形象气质佳，亲和力强，具备良好服务意识与职业素养。 （五）其他要求 1、认同公司企业文化与中医养生美容理念，愿意配合偶尔的出差培训； 2、学习能力强，能持续更新行业知识、公司新项目、新技术； 3、无不良从业记录，遵守行业规范。 薪资待遇: 薪资结构=底薪（以经验及面试结果定薪）+提成+奖金 底薪面议 上班时间: 冬令时：早九晚五点半，午休十二点至一点半 夏令时：早九晚六，午休两小时，十二点至两点 单双轮休 法定节假日正常休息 福利待遇: 超长带薪年假20天左右、产假、婚假+生日福利+节日福利+内部晋升通道; 包住，转正缴纳六险;不定时团建;年终福利大礼包等
