Responsibilities岗位职责:1.Responsible for the operation and management of the restaurant, including but not limited to the implementation and reinforcement of company's rules and regulations, supervision of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and kitchen, strategically uniting the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure an efficient operation of the restaurant 负责餐厅的经营和管理工作,例如执行公司的各项规章制度,督导餐厅及厨房的日常运营工作,有战略地团结楼面和厨房的团队,以保证餐厅高效运作;2.Develop action plans and operating budget for the restaurant, assist the General Manager and the Chef de cuisine in analyzing the food costs of the restaurant, implement strategic cost control and optimize the resources in the restaurant reasonably制定西餐厅的工作计划及经营预算,协助总经理和主厨分析西餐厅运营成本,实施战略成本控制及合理地优化餐厅内的各项资源; 3.To assist in marketing the restaurant and planning for theme events, delegate employees to execute marketing team’s direction in marketing and promoting the brand and products of the restaurant; 协助参与制定餐厅的营销推广计划、主题活动策划,并配合公司的整体营销,督促和激励员工有效执行营销推广餐厅形象和出品; 4. break down subordinates’ daily and weekly tasks, effectively organize and supervise their work; according to the company's brand strategy, conduct work ethics and skills trainings, regular job assessments; 合理安排和监督部门员工的工作,能根据公司的品牌战略,对员工进行职业操守及技能的培训,定期对员工进行工作考核; 5. patrol around the restaurant daily, strictly supervise and control service quality, actively identify operation problems and take timely measures to solve; 每日巡视餐厅,能严格监督和控制菜品出品和服务质量;分析每日餐厅的经营状况,能积极发现问题并及时采取措施解决; 6.coordinate restaurant-kitchen collaboration, maintain open, transparent and sincere communication with other departments, can strategically manage the collaborative relationship between the waiter crew and the kitchen to reduce unnecessary service errors; 负责协调餐厅与厨房的协作,能与其他部门保持公开、透明、真诚的沟通和合作,并能战略地管理楼面服务和后厨的供给关系,以减少不必要的服务差错; 7. conduct competition analysis on a regular basis, propose feasible recommendations and insights to the Management每三周进行同行竞争对手动态调查和分析,向管理层建议可行性报告;8. willing to interact with guests, actively collect guests' comments and suggestions regarding the service and products of the restaurant, can deal with different categories of guest complaints promptly and reasonably乐于与顾客互动,积极收集客人对西餐厅的服务和出品的意见和建议,能迅速、合理地处理不同类别的客人投诉;Requirements任职要求: 1.college or above education, with good level of English skills in both written and spoken form大专以上文化程度,具有良好的餐饮业英语对话能力;2. three years and above experience in western restaurant management or have worked at star hotel chains, familiar with service standards and SOP(s) at western restaurants 有3年以上西餐厅管理经验或曾从事星级酒店西餐厅的管理工作,掌握西餐厅服务的标准和要求,熟悉西餐厅的标准服务程序; 3. ambitious, have strong sense of responsibility, noble professional ethics and good discipline and cultivation具有强烈的事业心和责任感,高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律及修养; 4.can foresee emergencies/crisis, always plan with contingency/backup plans凡事能提前计划,是个未雨绸缪及有危机感的人;5.resourceful, aspire to innovate existing service standards, so as to transcend peers 做事灵活,喜欢创新服务、超越同行。 【公司福利】1、极具竞争力的薪资+绩效奖金+年终奖+年度调薪机会;2、良好的晋升发展平台,公司80%的管理层来自内部提拔;3、可提供一日三顿工作餐和舒心安适的居住环境
