Manage all channels of ASH webcast, responsible for live product planning, traffic and conversion data indicator follow-up, event review, etc. Research the development trend of live broadcast on each platform and the trend of competing brands, and continuously optimize the planning ideas of live broadcast scripts, activity plans, and live broadcast schedules to promote product sales conversion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Comprehensively coordinate brand self-broadcasting. Responsible for the daily work of store self-broadcast operation, including self-broadcast direction planning, key creativity, planning, co-ordination, and discussion of the mechanism activities of each live broadcast, and the update of welfare plan gameplay.
Organize and participate in the planning meeting of the live broadcast project, formulate the planning plan, and implement it, and coordinate all parties to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Live broadcast warm-up video planning, shooting, editing, responsible for the implementation and supervision of the overall image, atmosphere, anchor status and other aspects of the live broadcast room, can communicate in real time, improve the efficiency of live broadcasting.
Collect user information, analyze operation data, and adjust operation strategies or put forward optimization suggestions according to market conditions to improve the retention rate and consumption rate of users in the live broadcast room.
It can realize the conversion of users to private domains in the live broadcast room, connect with back-end users/community operations, and achieve the maximum conversion of users in the live broadcast room.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Good communication and presentation skills.
Conscientious and careful teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility.
Familiar with and operated live broadcasts such as Douyin, Taobao or WeChat; Familiar with and practiced the live broadcast background (center console) settings and various device function applications.
Has own understanding of live broadcast e-commerce, can control the rhythm of live broadcasting, and has his own way of playing how to improve the popularity and stay time of the live broadcast room.
§ Have a certain operational thinking, regularly analyze platform data and user feedback, and formulate operation strategies.
Social media, film and television editing and directing related majors are preferred.
