And action accordingly a set up plan for each function, to ensure a smooth setup and running of the event. 跟中餐运营经理一起评估收到的每一个预定，关于活动类型、布置时间和方式、餐饮要求、视听设备、人力配置和其他额外的设备、服务和要求。并制定相应的布置计划，保证活动的顺利进行。 To check each room on a daily basis, to ensure that all set ups are completed within the required time, and that all set ups are as per the standards as laid down in the Banquet Service Policy. 每天检查各个房间，保证所有的房间都按要求的时间布置好，所有的布置符合宴会服务政策要求。 To write up daily requisition for all condiments and supplies, and hand them to the Banquet Manager for approval. 每天填写调味品和供应品的领货单，并交给宴会经理批准。 To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment, ensuring that all equipment is clean, properly handled and stored at all times. 负责保护所有的经营用具，保证所有用具都干净，正确使用和存储。 To ensure that service staff are at their stations, and are well groomed, wearing clean and pressed uniforms at all times. 保证所有的服务员都在岗位上，有标准的仪容仪表，穿着干净整洁的制服。

岗位职责 1.协助住客搬迁行李。 2.代客交收信件、包裹、便条及电报等。 3.负责所有电话询问及柜台询问事宜。 4.保持行李搬迁能提供迅速及友善之服务。 5.代理行李保管事宜和签发行李索取标签事宜。 6.保养行李服务设备。 7.保持行李储藏室之整洁。 8.收集住客之退房门匙。 9.提供大堂正门之开门迎宾服务。 10.迎接客人，提供帮助，把客人引领到总台接待处。 11.在正门开门及欢迎客人时，如遇雨天，需拿伞方便客人上、下车。 12.从总台接待员手中接过钥匙后，再一次核对钥匙牌上的房间号码。 13.带领客人到指定房间及介绍房间设备及其使用方法。 14.住客退房时，引领其到收款台办理退房手续。 15.把行李装上出租车，盘点行李件数及恭请客人确认。 16.协助保持大堂区域清洁和整齐。 17.对上向行李组主任报告及负责。 18.负责其它由行李组主任所安排之任务。 岗位要求 1.形象气质好，身高170cm以上。 2.拥有一年以上五星级酒店相关工作经验； 3.良好的英语运用能力； 4.身体健康，思维敏捷。
