2.与各旅行社保持良好的关系,随时了解最新的市场动态。
3.了解团队需求,征求客户意见和建议,并上报部门领导。
4.收集旅游团队信息以及未来国际旅游市场情况,有针对性地提出建议,以供销售总监参考。
5.与国内各订房中心保持良好关系,保证商务散客的多样化。
6.积极邀请各主要旅行代理商到店参观,听取客人需求。
7.根据各旅游市场不同季节特点,有计划、针对性地进行销售。

--Min 2 years manager experience in 4 or 5 star hotel

6、积极地传播产品信息,在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
7、在所负责的区域内,与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势,并确保其实现。
8、管理客户档案数据库。

-- 2 years Senior Sales Manager or Sales manager experience in 4 or 5 star hotel

-- Familiar with Beijing Mice and Catering market.

o Oversee theImplementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards andprocedures manual

o Adhere to opening andclosing procedures

o Adhere to bill payingprocedures

o Conduct effectiveshift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, dailyspecials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
有效的进行交接班说明会,确保所有员工了解重要客人,特殊活动,每日特价,重点是推销某些产品等。
o Personally meet andfarewell a minimum of 80% of your customers

o Encourage andmotivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
