Job description
1.Provides administrative support to General Manager and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.
2.Prepare the handwriting welcome cards for VIP guests.
3.Print, file, and upkeep all private and confidential matters related to the each divisions.
4.Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the General Manager: Daily Morning Briefing, Hyatt Head Office Conference call, Departmental Meeting and Owner Meeting, draft the bullet points and follow up.
5.Look after Business Centre daily operation and close to achieve the budget, provide the efficient and excellent service to guests.
6.Show responsible behavior at all times and represent the hotel and Hyatt International with a positive image.
