As a Assistant Training Manager/Training Officer, we rely on you to
作为一名培训副经理/培训主管,你的主要工作职责为:
1. Communicate and co-ordinate with other Departments for the list of participants for all kinds of training in the hotels
2. Responsible for room set-up & pre-training materials
3. Maintain proper training database of all training program & details.
4. Performance Monitor: Ensure follow-up actions with departments to improve ratings
5. Build up good working relationship with the personnel in the other departments.
6. Responsible for recording internal & external training courses
1. 与其他部门沟通协调酒店内举行的各种培训的参加培训人员名单
2. 负责培训的前期材料及课室的准备工作
3. 维护准确的各种培训项目及详细资料的培训数据库
4. 服务质量监控系统:保证与部门共同跟进行动方案以提高得分
5. 与其他部门的人员建立良好的合作关系
6. 负责对内外部培训课程的记录与资料归档
We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting with people
5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills
1. 有豪华酒店相关工作经验者优先
2. 能用流利的英语(以及当地语言)进行沟通和写作
3. 能熟练的使用办公软件
4. 喜欢与人交往
