Key accountabilities关键岗位职责• Recommend, develop and implement the Greater China e-commerce, digital marketing, digital customer experience, guest engagement/intelligent/analytics, and customer relationship management China strategy and activities with a mandate to increase user engagement and brand awareness to achieve the annual guest direct revenue budget. 推荐、发展和实施大中华区、数字营销、数字客户体验、客户参与/智能//分析以及客户关系管理等中国战略和活动,以提高用户参与度和品牌知名度,实现年度客户直接收入预算。• Oversee the Greater China customer relationship management (CRM) with a focus on guest and tenant customer satisfaction, retention and engagement to support tenant sales and drive arcade leasing revenue, as well as aim to increase member acquisition and guest direct revenue. 负责大中华区客户关系管理,专注于客户和租户客户满意度、保留和参与度,以支持租户和销售额推动租赁收入,并致力于增加会员收购和客户直接收入。• Manage Greater China agency partnerships and contracts (i.e. advertising, performance marketing, social media, etc.). 管理大中华区代理合作伙伴和合同(如广告、绩效营销、社交媒体等)。• Oversee and work closely with Head Office and Greater China hotel-based e-commerce & digital marketing teams to ensure optimal online performance and the implementation of China initiatives and brand standards 监督并与总部和以大中华区酒店电子商务和数字营销团队密切合作,以确保最佳的在线绩效以及执行中国计划和品牌标准。• Oversee Greater China customer analytics to increase guest loyalty and acquisition. 负责大中华区客户分析,以提高客户忠诚度和获取度。• Collaborate and seize opportunities to work with peers across the sales and marketing function 与销售和市场部门的同事合作并抓住机会。 • Recommend, develop and oversee Greater China Digital Customer Experience & Marketing annual budgets. 推荐、发展和监督大中华数字客户体验和营销年度预算。General requirements基本要求• 10 years + managing e-commerce, digital marketing, data analytics and customer relations management strategies across the Greater China region. 10年以上管理电子商务、数字营销、数据分析和大中华区客户关系管理经验。• Strong working experience in the consumer luxury or service industry high preferred 有奢侈品或服务行业工作经验者优先。• In depth acumen and experience with various tools relating to CMS, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Revinate, etc.), guest engagement, customer relationship management expertise. 深入了解与客户关系管理、数字营销(SEO、SEM、Revinate 等)、客户互动、客户关系管理专业知识相关的各种工具。• Ability to lead financial and commercial retail discussions. 具备领导财务和商业零售讨论的能力。• University degree or higher in relevant field 相关领域的大学学位或更高学位。• Native Mandarin; Excellent writing and presentation skills; Business level spoken and written English 母语普通话; 优秀的写作和陈述能力; 商务水平口语和书面英语。
