Job Summary:1. Identify and implement processes to effectively manage rates and availability in distribution channels taking into account loading requirements, yield processes, pricing strategies, etc.2.Translate vision and strategy through proper manipulation of rate and availability settings across all distribution systems. 3.Manage all activities relating to data maintenance in a timely and organized manner. 4.Consistently maintain rate parity and data integrity across all systems. 5.Closely monitor hotel’s rate and availability displays in web sites and portals via travel search engines, meta searches, etc. in support of Best Rate Guarantee. Alert the Reservations Manager on any deviations or discrepancies.6.Fosters and motivates talent. Fully embraces all tools, including those provided by brand management to consistently maintain high performing colleagues. Manages performance appropriately based hotel best practices. 7.Prepares reports and analysis for weekly rate review sell strategy (yield) meetings with Director of Revenue, Director of Sales & Marketing and participate in Revenue meeting generates reports and analysis.8.Configure new rates and update rate entitlements based on prescribed formats and standards.9.Assist to load and maintain rates in PMS / CRS and all online channels.Job Requirement:1.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience to put the most effective team together to achieve the objectives.2.A minimum of 2 years professional work experience with progressive advance and responsibility in an international luxury brand hotel, preferably at the Forbes 4 or 5 Star level.3.Degree level education in hospitality or business related industry.4.A high level of English communication both written and oral.
