岗位职责 中式点心主管负责协助中餐厨师长或副厨师长管理所在厨房的运转。Prepares in advance food, material and equipment needed for the service. 提前对食品、原料和设备的需求做好准备工作。· Cleans and re-sets working area. 清洁及重新布置工作区域。· Maintain a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP. 根据国际HACCP维护厨房的卫生标准。· Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards. 对于任何厨房的帮手都能给予指导,包括主管、厨师、厨工和管事部人才。· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information. 及时向上级反映工作中所遇到问题,客人和人才意见以及其他相关信息。· Establishes and maintains effective talent working relationships. 建立和维护有效的人才工作关系。· Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. 出席和参与每日的例会和其他会议。· Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions. 了解健康食品的要求,并可以给出适当的建议。Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area. 服务时对所有客人尽职责。· Adjust service to suit guests’ requests, personalise to meet needs. 根据顾客需求,提供个性化服务。
