岗位职责
1、做好宴会设计、现场布置,督导服务员做好宴会前的摆台、清洁卫生、服务用具供应等准备工作;
Do the banquet design, site layout, and supervise the attendants to do the preparation work of table setting, cleaning and sanitation, service equipment supply before the banquet
2、 督导服务人员按照客人要求提供优质服务并尽量满足客人的特殊要求;
Supervise service staff to provide quality service according to guest's requirement and try to meet guest's special request
3、关注客人用餐状况,适时征询客人的意见、建议,及时处理客人投诉及突发性事件并向宴会经理汇报;
Monitor guest's dining situation, consult guest's comments and suggestions, deal with guest's complaints and emergencies in time and report to banquet manager
4、 及时组织本服务区域的清洁、整理工作;
Organize the cleaning and finishing work of the service area in time
5、 宴会结束,清点厅房内物品及设施、设备,检查各厅房的宴会收尾的卫生清洁情况。
After the banquet, check the articles, facilities and equipment in the hall, and check the cleanliness of the banquet in each hall
岗位要求
1、有较强的抗压能力;
Have strong ability to work under pressure
2、有高星级酒店宴会厅工作经验或会展中心工作经验优先。
Working experience in banquet hall of high star hotel or convention center is preferred
