Ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.

Qualification:
任职资格:
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in RB&E.
至少1年酒店餐饮工作经验在同等职位。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Ensure banquet hall table of standard implemented correctly, befor the meeting site preparation and health condition.
会议前严格检查会议场地准备情况及卫生状况,确保宴会厅摆台标准的正确执行。
2. Provide guests with high standard service, found in the banquet hall is not in conformity with the provisions of the situation and problems, improvement suggestions to assist banquet hall manager for rectification.
为客人提供高标准服务,及时发现宴会厅内不符合规定的情况及问题,并提出整改建议,协助宴会厅经理进行整改,做到持续性。
3.Assist the waiter direct the guest services, to ensure that the standard of service implemented correctly and timely meet customer needs.
协助服务员进行直接对客服务,确保服务标准的正确执行和客人需求的及时满足。
4.Paying close attention to the guest services, make sure that customers can get all the needs of the first importance and satisfied.
严密关注对客服务,确保客人的一切需求都能得到服务员的第一重视和满足。

Job Responsibility

Assign the daily work for waiter/tress
according to the banquet booking information.
根据宴会预定情况,向服务员布置当日的岗位任务。
According to the guests’ requirement, set up
the meeting room in advance.
在宴会厅经理的指导下,按客人要求布置会场。
Supervise the banquet waiter/tress to finish
the preparation work before the meeting.
监督宴会服务员做好宴会前的摆台等准备工作。
Complete the tasks assigned by leader as soon
as possible.
及时完成上级领导布置的各项任务。
Job Qualifications:
任职资格:
above 4 stars hotel working experience or Chinese
restaurant is preferred.
具有四星级以上酒店经验或宴会服务经验优先。
Have good communication and coordination
ability.
有较强的沟通及协调能力。
Hardworking and have strong sense of
responsibility.
吃苦耐劳、具有较强的责任感。
