Asst. Executive Housekeeper 行政副管家
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•To assist the Executive Housekeeper oversees the operation and management of entire Housekeeping department which includes Guest Floor, Public Area as well as Laundry.
•Under the direct supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, to assists in planning organizing, directing and controlling all Housekeeping activities, maintaining the established standards of cleanliness, orderliness and attractive condition of the public areas and heart of the house areas.
•Running Daily Operations according to assignment, complete job assigned by Executive Housekeeper on time.
•Ensuring all Housekeeping products standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level.
•Inspects guestrooms in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required.
•Check guest floors daily. Inspect VIP rooms, spot check occupied and vacant rooms, to ensure that maximum cleanliness and standards are maintained.
•协助行政管家对整个含客房楼层、公共区域以及洗衣房的客房部的运营和管理。
•在行政管家的带领下,计划、组织、指导和运作客房部。对原定的清洁标准、规章制度、行为规范、公共区域的环境等进行修改完善。
•根据工作安排进行日常操作,在规定的时间内完成行政管家指派的工作。
•确保客房服务和产品与酒店标准一致,保养、供需品和环境都保持高品质。
•定期对所有客房区域进行视察,以确保家具、设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁、修缮、保养、更换和整修。
•每天检查楼层和客房,尤其是VIP房间,抽样检查空房和入住的房间,确保最高的清洁质量。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Good team leader / player, ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
•Over five years relatives work experience, at least one year of experience in the same position
•Proficiency in office software.
•English skills in writing and reading.
•善于团队的领导,能够在团队环境中有效地工作并主动进取。
•5年以上相关从业经验,至少1年同岗位从业经验。
•熟练使用办公软件。
•良好的英文读写能力。
