岗位职责:1、参与酒管公司战略规划、业务方向的制定、品牌战略、投资、管理等重大事项的决策;2、根据酒管公司战略规划,全面负责运营业务的开展,规划产业布局、投资分析、开发运营、业态分布策划等;3、根据战略布局进行项目开发前期工作谈判,根据实际情况做出可行性分析策略,促进项目落地实施;4、全面负责各项目的运营管理及指导,了解各地发展规划及相关政策,掌握市场需求导向,促使项目实际实施、落地,进行效益管理;5、负责酒管公司经营目标达成,组织协调各项目酒店对年度/季度/月度经营指标分解、实施,并监督执行落实;6、完成酒管公司交办的其他工作。任职要求:1、本科以上学历,35-50岁。2、有五年以上酒店或管理公司、大型地产或主题旅游等项目的实操、整合、开发及营销经验;3、熟悉运营管理工作,能够从战略层面到落地实施全面统筹管理运营工作;4、具有较强的市场判断能力、项目策划、运营管理能力;5、认可公司企业文化,有较强的沟通、协调、抗压能力及事业心;6、具有行业资源及良好的政府关系优先。

- The ability to coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for hotel staff and personnel.- The ability to maintain up-to-date records on hotel staff personnel attendance, appearance, standards, work and      vacation schedules, labor costs, payroll, absenteeism, turnover and disciplinary action.- The ability to approve the employment and termination of hotel staff and employees and is responsible for on-the-job training programs on a regular basis.- The ability to coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventorying, maintenance and usage of all related supplies and equipment.- Establishes and maintains effective internal communication and meetings structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.- Established and maintains a prominent level of visibility and involvement in the property and in business, social and government communities as appropriate.- The ability to handle all guest complaints in hotel area and is charge of obtaining maximum results in the utilization and appearance of the hotel areas, the quality levels, performance and standards of service and develops new techniques of      service towards maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs.- The ability to coordinate and ensure the needs of the guest assistant with the managers of interrelated departments.- The ability to encourage and assist all managers in the development of new and improved methods of guest service.The ability to ensure that all employees comply with Aman standards of service.- The ability to develop the budget and marketing plan.Assists in monitoring present and future trends, practices and system in the hotel industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive program as directed.- The ability to provide a high degree of visibility and energy throughout the hotel.- Participates in conducting weekly inspections and ensures physical facilities are kept in operational condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance program and      judicious planning and management of FF&E, as directed.The ability to provide a high degree of sensitivity to employee and guests needs.- The ability to safeguard guests and employees with knowledge and application of safety, accident prevention, fire drills and first aid.- The ability to maintain current prices and approved purveyors listed based on quality, service and cost of all      related items for requisitioning purposes, store inventories, cost control procedures and forecasts.- The ability to conduct monthly division meetings to provide vital information to the managers, obtain managers feedback regarding the department itself, and provide a regular forum for improving division communication.- The ability to work closely with local, state and governmental organizations in maintaining highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in hotel areas.- The ability to aid each Department Head in giving the necessary training to their staff and to assist them in it.The ability to develop new and analyze existing procedures and special promotions that will improve guest patronage under the guidelines of hotel' policies.- The ability to develop and maintain effective communications between all operating departments.- The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.- The ability to ensure emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guest and employee.- The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.- In the absence of the General Manager, assumes responsibilities as appropriate.- Keeps General Manager informed of any unforeseen events which may occur in his/ her absence.
