主要职责Main Responsibilities:
1、To ensure good interdepartmental communication, network andteamwork.
确保与各部门的正常沟通与合作。
2、Ensure that he/she is aware with in-house facilities for thepurpose of assisting guests.
为了更好的服务客人必须对房间内的各种器具设备清楚了解。
3、Responsible for controlling of Housekeeping/ Laundry Keys,lost and found and babysitting service according to hotel procedure.
依照酒店标准妥善保管管家部与洗衣房等区域的钥匙,处理客人的遗失物品,负责酒店提供的保姆服务。
4、Ensure telephone calls are answered and messages aredistributed and followed up according to hotel standards.
依照酒店要求电话的正确接听与信息的正确传达。
Follows up on, guest comments/complaints, out of order roomsand any discrepancies appearing in the hotel computer system and reports to AssistantExecutive Housekeeper or Director of Housekeeping.
5、跟进客人的投诉意见和电脑系统中的差异,及时准确汇报给行政副管家或行政管家。
Prepares housekeeping requisitions and distributes to otherdepartment.
提供维修保养申请并传达给工程部。
6、Handles mini bar and guest laundry according to hotelstandard procedure.
按照酒店程序正确处理MINI BAR消费和客人的洗衣。
