Responsibilities - Co-ordinate with Rong Zhai Property Manager and Prada Café General Manager on all aspects of building management at Rong Zhai, typically focusing on building maintenance & protection during daily operation & retail event; - Monitors performance and evaluates standards of building services such as maintenance, cleaning, security and landscaping in Rong Zhai & Café; - Formulates and implements daily or special maintenance procedures, regular reviews and upgrades such procedures; - Liaises with various contractors for maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping services and etc; - Preparing the Rong Zhai & Cafe yearly budget of maintenance, cleaning & furniture, monthly analysis to control the actual cost; Requirements - Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written; - Good negotiation, communication and organisational skills. - Experienced working with restaurant would be an advantage.

Responsibilities: - Oversees the preparation and supervision of all beverages, following company guidelines and product manuals, with extensive knowledge of the beverage industry and various techniques and trends. - Acts as a point of reference for customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in line with company standards and understanding their needs to provide excellent service. - Manages opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar area and equipment are prepared and maintained. - Ensures the bar area is always orderly and that all equipment is functional and clean, following hygiene standards. - Responsible for the correct storage of products, stock management, and warehouse logistics in compliance with hygiene and health standards. - Coordinates with service staff and pastry counter assistants to ensure service timings are met. - Presents and promotes products to stimulate customer interest and sales. - Handles complaints and involves the Director as necessary, based on the situation and customer type. - Participates in maintaining cleanliness, order, and the pastry shop's image, following company guidelines and reporting any maintenance needs. - Ensures bar staff adhere to company guidelines regarding appearance and company image. - Manages staff scheduling in collaboration with Caffè manager - Utilizes interpersonal communication techniques to effectively manage team relationships and suggests training activities for professional development. - Proposes new seasonal cocktails. Event Strategy & Development - Design and implement an F&B event plan, including brunches, guest bartender aperitifs, live music nights, four-hands dinners, and special activations. - Identify new business opportunities and innovative formats to increase foot traffic and sales. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, operations) to ensure effective event promotion. B2B Event Space & Sales Management - Develop a sales strategy for event space management and private events, collaborating with companies, luxury brands, and strategic partners. - Handle commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing to maximize profitability. - Coordinate suppliers and operational teams to ensure flawless event execution. Catering Sales & External Client Acquisition - Identify and develop a portfolio of external clients for catering services, including corporate clients, luxury brands, and private events. - Build long-term partnerships to position catering services as a premium offering in the market. - Oversee logistics and execution of catering services to maintain brand excellence and client satisfaction. Citywide Event Integration & Strategic Partnerships - Establish relationships with key city events, festivals, and cultural institutions to create collaborations and increase brand exposure. - Develop exclusive activations during major local and international events (e.g., fashion weeks, art fairs, music festivals). - Work closely with city officials, tourism boards, and event organizers to secure premium positioning for brand initiatives. Expansion of Sales Channels - Develop and implement strategies for the external sale of F&B products, expanding distribution and strengthening brand positioning. - Identify partnerships and co-branding opportunities to increase visibility and sales volume. Budget & KPI Management - Monitor event costs and revenues, ensuring budget adherence and revenue targets. - Analyze event ROI and propose optimizations to maximize profitability.
