JOB PURPOSE职权范围: Providesupervision for the execution and co-ordination of all housekeeping services toachieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceeds Residents’ expectationand which is cost effective and operationally viable. 监督、检查客房服务的实施，保障优质、高效的服务并降低成本 KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要 1.Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness and functionality of Apartments, surroundings/public areas and back of house, achieving zero referrals from Residents. 保证房间、公区、周边环境、工作区域的清洁、完好，努力实现零投诉 2.Check on reports of defects, deficiencies and pests and to ensure that they have been carried out. 检查需维修、改进项目，并跟进处理结果 3.Supervise the upholding of company policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of Residents and staff, counselling staff that deviate. 监督公司规定、程序的执行，保证住客和员工的安全。劝诫处罚违纪员工。 4.Ensure efficiency and the maintenance of operational readiness of equipment and supplies. 保证设备、物品的有效使用。 5.Conduct training e.g. OJT, chemical and equipment usage etc. and to counsel staff when performance does not reach the required standards 组织在职培训（例如：清洁剂、设备的使用），帮助工作不达标的员工 6.Anticipate Residences’ needs and exceeded their expectation, through courtesy calls and Resident contact time, liasing with CRE, Sales and marketing and to communicate these needs. 预见住客的需要，并完美实现。通过电话或拜访了解住客需求，与市场部人员及时沟通住客信息7.Supervise the service of P.A, Pest control, garbage disposal. 分包商的服务品质检查（公区清洁、消杀、垃圾清运） 8.Ensure the room status 更新房态

岗位职责 1.按照酒店规程清扫客房，及时补充客房用品，控制物料消耗。 2.发现房间设备损坏，地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录，及时通知客房中心。 3.严格执行安全制度，确保客房安全。 4.及时反馈宾客信息和意见。 5.在早班不在时协助楼层完成对客服务工作和相关后勤保障工作。 6.完成领导交办的其它工作任务。 岗位要求 1.优先考虑有1年以上客房工作经验或相关经验。 2.身体健康，相貌端正。 3.优先考虑接受过正规客房服务培训。 工作地点： 广州市⻩埔区开创大道1144号

Brief Introduction职位简介 ·       As the Engineering Supervisor you will beresponsible for supervising all variety of estate/property projects accordingto the company’s regulations. 根据公司规章制度严格监督物业各工程情况。 Major Responsibility主要工作职责 ·       Assisting the manager of the engineeringdepartment: stipulate and improve the departmental regulations; providesolutions to emergencies. 在工程部经理的领导下，协助经理做好工程部的管理工作，适时制定和完善部门各项管理制度以及突发事件的应急处理措施。 ·       Conducting the monthly maintenanceplan for different facilities. 根据月度保养计划，安排保养各类设备。 ·       Checking the work quality of the staff and theprogress of maintenance. 检查员工工作质量及保养维修进度。 ·       Providing technique guidance and regulartraining to staff. 对员工进行技术指导；定期给员工做相关知识培训。 ·       Managing and leading the staff in case ofemergency. 安排并带领员工处理突发事件。 ·       Taking the managerial duty of the EngineeringManager in his absence. 工程部经理不在时，暂代行使工程部经理的日常管理职责。 ·       In compliance with the Ascott Group'sEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention toenergy conservation and the safe operation in daily work. 遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。 ·       Ensuring all the commitments are met. 完成领导交办的其他工作。 Requirements 资质要求 ·       Secondary specialized diploma or above, withAdvanced or Intermediate Professional  Qualification Certificate and other relevant certificates; 中专以上学历，具备中高级职业资格证书及相关操作证； ·       Minimum three years experiences in hotels orproperty management companies; 有酒店或物业公司相关工作经验三年以上； ·       Professional ability in installation, repairingand drawing checking with electric and air conditioning equipments; 具有电气设备、空调设备安装、维修、审图等相关专业技能； ·       Good user of WINDOWS, OFFICE, etc; 能够熟练使用WINDOWS、OFFICE软件； ·       Good team organization ability andinterpersonal communication skills, able to communicate effectively withinternal and external departments; 良好的团队组织能力和人际沟通技能，能够和公司内部和外部的部门进行有效的沟通； ·       Not colour-blind; 不能是色盲； ·       Be able to work under pressure and in shifts. 能承受工作压力，能够翻班。
