1、负责餐厅的日常管理工作，并与厨房保持密切联系，确保餐厅的服务质量；       Be responsible for the daily management of the restaurant and maintain close contact with the kitchen to ensure the quality of service in the restaurant. 2、根据公司服务标准，为客人提供舒适、愉快的用餐体验。      In accordance with the company's service standards, provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. 3、对管辖范围内员工、卫生、设施设备情况进行监督、检查。       Supervise and inspect the conditions of employees, hygiene and facilities and equipment within the jurisdiction. 4、做好各部门之间的协调和配合工作。       Do a good job in coordinating and cooperating among various departments. 5、组织餐前会，安排当天工作，传达公司要求，管理好PT工作。       Organize pre-meal meetings, arrange the work for the day, convey the company's requirements, and manage the PT work well. 6、布置重点推销酒品及菜品，带领员工完成各项指标及上级交给的任务。       Assign key products and dishes for promotion, lead employees to complete various targets and tasks assigned by superiors. 7、根据要求定期组织业务培训工作，逐步提高员工素质。       Regularly organize business training as required to gradually improve the quality of employees. 8、妥善处理客人投诉。       Properly handle guests' complaints.

工作职责：1. 负责客房的日常清洁与整理工作，确保客房环境整洁、舒适，符合酒店卫生标准。2. 及时更换客房内的床单、被罩、毛巾等布草，并补充客房内所需的日用品，如洗漱用品、一次性拖鞋等。3. 检查客房设施设备的完好情况，如发现损坏或故障，及时上报并协助维修人员进行维修。4. 响应客人的合理需求，提供优质的客房服务，如送物服务、叫醒服务等，确保客人满意度。5. 协助前台完成客房的入住与退房手续，包括引导客人至客房、介绍客房设施等。6. 参与酒店组织的客房清洁与保养培训，不断提升自身的服务技能与专业水平。5. 工作认真负责，注重细节，能够确保客房清洁质量和服务水平。6. 能够适应酒店行业的工作时间安排，包括周末和节假日的轮班工作。任职资格：1. 不限学历，但需具备良好的服务意识和职业素养。2. 具有1年及以上客房服务或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉客房清洁与整理流程。3. 身体健康，能够承受客房服务工作的体力要求，如搬运布草、清洁家具等。

1.遵守酒店有关客房部的政策及程序。 Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Housekeeping.  2.遵守房务部定立的系统及程序。 Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division.  3.确保客房的清洁和服务达到凯悦品牌的标准。 Ensures the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms meet Hyatt brand standards. 4.确保正确地储存及发出客用品。 Ensures proper storage and issues of guest supplies.  5.确保按设定的程序及标准处理客房的布草、客衣。 Ensures house linen and laundry as well as guest laundry being handled as per the set procedure and standards.  6.对已完成的客房进行检查并迅速、准确地向客房部文员及/或前台员工发出房态报告。 Inspects guest rooms and submits prompt and accurate room status reports to housekeeping coordinator and/ or Front Office employees.  7.通过参与管理，对所有客房部服务员进行紧密督导，使他们的表现符合政策、程序及有关法律。 Through hands-on management, supervises closely all housekeeping employees in the performance of their duties in accordance with Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.
