岗位职责1.掌握当日客情及餐饮活动。2.跟进工作中出现的问题，向其它班次协调交班记录上需沟通事项。3.掌握当天到店及离店的重要宾客安排。4.在宾客到店之前准备好登记表、钥匙卡等以确保入住手续方便、快捷。5.与住店宾客保持良好沟通以了解宾客之喜好，协助宾客解决疑难事宜。6.做好每日对住店宾客的电话拜访工作，搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级反映。7.在前台及大堂迎送住离店的宾客。8.协助入住行政楼层之宾客办理登记入住及离店手续。岗位要求1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验一年以上，有良好英文沟通能力。2.具有良好的服务意识，团队协作精神以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力。3.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。4.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力，能适应倒班。

1.Manages larger, focus accounts or special segments. 管理重要客户或者重点区域。 2.Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy. 开发适合酒店战略需要的新客户或市场。 3.Understands or is familiar with the fundamentals of assigned accounts. 了解熟悉客户的背景。 4.Develops a sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts. 制定销售计划 ，从所负责客户及市场中获得生意。 5.Determines the account’s needs, Marriott’s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account. 确认客户的需求、万豪的目标，以及细分市场/客户的战略。 6.Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customer. 将酒店所提供所拥有的价值传达给客户。 7.Drives/manages account transient, group and catering production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management. 通过有效的客户管理，提高客户忠诚度及散客、团队及会议的产量。 8.Negotiates transient rates for assigned accounts. 与客户商讨公司散客价。 9.Prospects new business through phone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer visits to the hotel, trade shows, sales blitzes, direct mail, newspaper/journal research and other customer interaction or research. 通过电话咨询、销售拜访、接待客户来访、旅游展会、新闻媒体、市场调查等多种手段拓展新客户。 10.Develops marketing intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer trends and performance. 获取市场情报：如新的项目、竞争对手的活动、市场动向及表现。 11.Spends majority of time in face-to-face customer interaction outside of the hotel. 分配大部分的工作时间拜访客户。 12.Sells the benefits of the Sales Centre/property sales and event management. 向客户推销宴会销售及服务所带来的价值。 13.Strives to meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team. 努力达成个人及团队的目标（可测量）。 14.Implements training programs to improve sales efficiency and staff development. 参加培训课程，提高销售业绩及技能。 15.Directs the activities of the proactive team. 管理销售团队日常工作。 16. Tracks and measures the performance of Sales Executive on a monthly or period basis. 定期或月度考察销售主任工作表现。 17. Understands the overall market - competitors’strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. And knows how to sell against them. 了解整个市场的情况汇报-竞争对手的优势及缺点，经济趋势，供需关系以及如何去应对以上情况。 岗位要求： 1. College degree or above, with experience in hotel sales industry, at least three years of equivalent position experience in international brand hotels. 大专及以上学历，有酒店销售行业从业经验，至少三年国际品牌酒店同等职位经验。 2.Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English, and can communicate fluently in English. 具备良好的中，英文听说读写能力，英文可流畅沟通。 3. Capable of market research and forecasting, able to timely grasp market dynamics, and able to comprehensively analyze and propose corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions in a timely manner. 具有市场调查和预测能力，能及时掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。 4. Strong language expression ability, able to write market research reports, capable of drafting work plans, summaries, and business reports. 有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。

1.有志在酒店行业发展的在校实习生，愿意学习并且期望在酒店有职业发展； 2.热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神； 3.实习时间至少6个月及以上，毕业实习结束可留任的优先考虑； 4.厨房实习生需要烹饪相关专业，餐饮服务实习生不限专业。

岗位职责 1.当班时负责所分配的楼层的清洁及服务。 2.监督和检查分配给客房和公共区域服务生的工作，按酒店和公司业务目标确保符合产品的质量标准，为酒店客人提供卓越的服务。 3.监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行。 4.负责管理接班和交班工作，以确保交接班过程的有效进行。 5.对客房部所有系统有最新和完整的知识。 岗位要求 1.2年以上星级酒店楼层主管经验。 2.熟知客房管理专业知识。 3.性格开朗、工作踏实，有较强的服务意识和责任感。
