职位描述 1、掌握相关专业领域知识，并具有相关实践经验。 2、执行日常的防护性保养和补救性维护。 3、记录每天的维修工作，按照设定时间执行维护保养计划。 4、负责客房设施，工作场所设备的维修维护工作。 5、拥有两年以上的相关工作经验。

岗位职责 1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 岗位要求 1.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 2.持保安员证。 3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

岗位职责 1.参加部门例会，及时传达上级指令，落实部门的工作安排和工作指令。 2.检查办公室与客房中心的安全防火设施，物品的合理放置及清洁卫生状况，做好消防安全工作。 3.审核对客服务用品的项目和数量。 4.定期向部门填报酒水销售、工程报修项目反馈信息、每日出房量信息等统计资料。 5.完成客房中心每月盘点工作。 6.根据部门的统一安排，与洗衣房做好床罩、窗帘、薄床垫、毛毯等用品的周期性更换或清洁的联络工作。 7.督导客房中心工作，不断与楼面交换信息，确保客房中心房态信息的正确，控制、检查万能钥匙的发放与保管，保证客用品与各类物品的充足、合理备量，协调各方关系，保证客房工作的顺利进行。 岗位要求 1.有2年以上同岗位工作经验，熟悉客房服务流程、标准。 2.有良好的文字及语言表达能力，熟练使用电脑，能解决宾客提出的问题。

岗位职责 1.负责酒店前厅部的接待和管理工作，熟知前厅服务设施的功能，处于完好状态。 2.进行有关的市场计划分析制定部门工作计划，完成工作报告。 3.使客房达到最高出租率，获取最佳的客房收入。 4.督导下属部门主管，委派工作任务，明确岗位责任，随时调整工作部署。 5.保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。 6.协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2.熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。 3.督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。 4.有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。 5.英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力，具有一定的销售能力。 6.全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识，能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
