工程部万能工 岗位职责： 1，负责对酒店内水、电、空调、电梯、监控、智能化、机电房等机电设备维护运营工作。 2. 负责对酒店内设备设施的故障报修和应急维修。 3. 配合其他工种完成设备、设施检修任务。 4. 完成上级临时交办的工作。   任职要求： 1. 中技以上学历，55周岁以下，身体健康。持有电工证（低压电工证），持有电网高压电工证、空调、电梯维修相关操作证者优先考虑； 2. 熟悉水、电、空调、弱电、装修等综合维修知识，掌握管道、弱电、装饰等实际维修技能。 3. 具有较强的团队意识和敬业精神。 4. 有一年以上星级酒店相关工作经验者优先考虑。

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责： To trouble-shoot, repair, operate and maintain the electrical , A/C and plumbing system of the hotel. Operate, fault-finding, repair & maintenance of A/C system such as cooling & chilled water system, fan coil units, air handling units, fresh air intake etc. To supervise , co-ordinate and perform the daily operation and maintenance of the shift, and keep all electrical system running smoothly. To assist the Asst. Director of Engineer & Technical in ensuring that all repair and maintenance and carried out. To check all electrical system periodically.
