We are looking for a Service Associate-Concierge with following duties and requirements: 我们在寻找一位具备以下特质，并可独立承担相应岗位职责的礼宾员人选： As a Service Associate-Concierge, we rely on you to: 作为酒店礼宾员，需承担以下主要工作职责： 1.Ensure sales awareness and be good at seizing opportunities to maximize hotel revenue. 2.Make sure your luggage is sent to your room quickly. 3.Ensure that all guest messages, emails, faxes, packages are quickly forwarded or delivered to guests. 4.Ensure that guests' inquiries are answered promptly, professionally and appropriately at all times. 5.Ensure feedback to the Deputy Manager on comments and suggestions from guests and other departments. 6.Provide accurate, timely and reliable information and guidance to guests and staff who come to the concierge for help. 7. 岗位要求： 1、有五星级酒店管理经验两年以上。 2、协助前厅部经理管理前厅部日常运作包括：前台， 礼宾部，健身中心。 4. 每日上岗前查看当日贵宾、常规客人、凯世优先顾客、长住客人、团队客人以及特别要求，并通知有关部门 5. 与客房部协调以确保房间形象和“待用房”政策得到保持 6. 确保前厅部员工高效、快速、礼貌地办理客人登记手续 7. 确保正确的外币兑换程序 8. 避免和调解报怨 9. 约束员工遵守纪律 10. 给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持 11. 保证持续的部门培训 12. 负责向客人提供高质量的服务 13. 确保客人需求和合理要求被满足 14. 不断地寻找机会发展对客服务 15. 确认贵宾、常规客人和常住客人，并提供个性化的服务与帮助 16. 采取合适的行动处理客人的投拆 17. 保持高水平的产品和服务的知识,以便为客人解释服务和饭店设施并将这些服务和设施销售出去 18. 坚持饭店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序 19. 按照饭店要求记录安全日志和事故记录 20. 保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁有相关渠道管理和收益管理经验

1.清楚了解酒店客房每天的入住率和散客及团队的预定情况，全面做好早餐，自助餐及零点早餐的接待工作； 2.现场督导服务人员的具体操作，发现问题时及时纠正，保证服务工作符合酒店质量标准； 3.接受西餐厅经理所分配的工作，领导本班组员工做好开餐前的准备工作，重点检查餐具物品是否齐全、清洁和无破损;检查桌椅的摆放是否规范，有无破损，检查摆台是否规范、是否符合用餐要求； 4. 加强劳动纪律，负责新员工、实习生的业务知识和操作技能的培训，做好员工日常考察工作； 5.注意客人的用餐情况，随时满足客人的各种需要，员工不够时，要亲自服务和及时补位； 6.及时征询宾客意见、建议，解决出现的问题，处理客人投诉； 7.及时检查物品及设施的节能状况、清洁卫生、服务质量，使之达到所要求的规范和标准，并保证高效、安全、可靠； 8. 监督卫生工作，包括员工个人卫生，食品卫生，餐具卫生，环境卫生和操作卫生；

此岗位为餐饮部的接待，迎宾岗位。 要求候选人有餐饮工作经验。且形象及沟通能力良好。

1.负责管理热厨的正常运作、热菜菜式的出品制作、成本控制、人员管理等 2.具备较强的菜式烹制工作能力。 3.具备较强的菜式摆设、造型能力。 4.熟悉热厨的工作流程。 5.熟悉各种菜式的烹制的方法。

五险一金齐全。免费吃住，条件良好。 工资由基本工资+绩效工资+销售提成组成。提成不设上限。

擅长宾客关系，高效处理宾客投诉，协助前厅部经理处理前厅日常工作，有一定的培训技巧。并妥善处理宾客、员工情绪。

岗位描述 ： 担任会议策划人的主要联络人。确保满足集团公司的所有要求，为会议服务团队和餐饮部打造最佳实践方案，为客户提供完美的会务体验。 岗位职责 ： 为宾客提供各种信息（如：忠实客户计划、本地景点、餐厅、设施信息等），以提升宾客体验。 引导和招待宾客参观宴会和餐饮设施，提升宾客的会议或宴会体验。 在会议策划阶段，咨询会议策划人以确定最佳的会议室配置、会议与休息时间安排、菜单设计、餐饮工作协调、会桌安排及会场布置方案等问题，从而提高会议效率和生产力。 安排会议活动的所有细节，包括会议室布置、舞台、灯光、视听设备、客流、菜单、装饰、娱乐活动、团体住宿预订、交通、收款条款及贵宾服务等。 会见每一位会议策划人，汇报当日活动情况、回顾订单消耗情况、账单、任何合同中未涉及的额外消费，并审核最终账单的估价。 在活动前和活动后，策划并召开客户和员工会议，发掘提升宾客体验的各种潜在机会。 分析客户满意度调查报告，并有针对性地采取行动，改进服务。企业责任 提升酒店和品牌在本地的知名度和信誉。 制定安全和保安措施，确保会议顺利进行，将各种干扰或问题发生的几率降到最低。 就各种会议用品 与服务等为客户提供指导与建议，尽量减少浪费、节约能源、降低对环境的影响。
