Ensure that identity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand, color, specifications). 确保所有酒店的设计产品，如酒店品牌、颜色、规范说明等与悦榕品牌指引保持一致。 4. Ensure jobs are scheduled properly and time management is exercised for art section to meet set deadlines for design and art works 确保工作时间安排合理，在截止日期前完成工作。 5. Plan out purchase of art supplies, paper stock and monitor proper usage. 制订设计用品采购计划、纸张的存货计划并监督正确的使用用途。 Job Specs： 职位要求： 1. College Degree and above. Major in graphic design. 大专学历以上，主修艺术设计专业。 2. At least 1 year experience in commercial design field. 在商业设计领域至少2年以上工作经验 3. Extensive knowledge of desktop publishing system operation 掌握台式印刷系统的操作 4. Knowledge of freehand designing 掌握手绘设计

【岗位职责】 1、负责为客户提供专业的美甲、美睫服务，包括但不限于基础护理、款式设计、延长甲、光疗甲、睫毛嫁接等； 2、根据客户需求及面部特征，提供个性化的美甲美睫方案，并推荐适合的产品及服务； 3、严格按照卫生标准及操作流程，确保服务环境及工具的清洁与消毒，保障客户健康安全； 4、主动维护客户关系，解答客户咨询，提升客户满意度及复购率； 5、协助门店进行产品陈列、库存管理及促销活动的推广与执行； 6、定期学习新技术及行业趋势，提升专业技能与服务品质。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄18-40岁，形象端正，具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识； 2、对美甲美睫行业有热情，愿意学习并提升技术，无经验者可提供带薪培训； 3、具备一定的审美能力，能根据客户需求设计合适的款式； 4、工作细致耐心，责任心强，能适应团队协作及快节奏工作环境； 5、遵守职业道德，注重客户隐私及服务体验； 6、能适应排班制工作（含周末及节假日）。

一、职位描述 1.完成开发任务指标；负责管理合同申报、合同签订、项目管理归纳(签约、归档、房量变 更、权利义务转让、项目解约等); 2.负责项目评估、审查、签约，对竞争对手研究、收集竞争对手信息、了解竞争对手优势与不足、对竞争对手作出客观分析研究； 3.针对业主背景、业主要求、项目规模、战略区域、周边环境、经济总量、发展趋势、酒店业发展水平等方面对进行前期审核，现场调研物业的地理位置、周边市场条件、建筑结构、 面积、业主情况、产权性质等信息； 4.熟悉行业发展趋势，所辖区域的行业政策等 的调查收集和信息的反馈；品牌加盟业务的市场调研分析、规划，品牌加盟策略的制定； 5.对开发结果负责，并组织实施财务预算方案及使用方案，对差旅等财务预算进行管控； 6.代表公司参与相关项目事务活动，提升公司对外的认知度及品牌形象，整合公司内部资 源，获取政策优势； 7.负责重要大客户的接待参观及投资人关系维护，灌输投资人对品牌企业文化、发展前景、 加盟优势的了解；整合后端职能资源(推荐会 等),挖掘潜在客户资源。 二、任职要求 1、 具备至少三年的酒店/公寓的开发、运营、工程等工作经验，有成功签约酒店项目者； 2、 良好的表达沟通能力与问题解决能力； 3、 能够吃苦耐劳，适应出差，负责地区的拓展工作，能经常性短期出差； 4、 富有激情，勇于挑战压力和高薪。
