Ensuring guestrelations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to allguests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s SPA, Fitness and Poolarrival and departure experience. Be responsible for the reception area at thespa. 【岗位职责】 1、制定并落实前厅每周、月度和年度的工作计划；督导下属，指派工作任务及各项责任，随时掌握下级人员的执行情况； 2、了解酒店每日的会议、宴会等有关活动的安排，及时传达；督促下属员工仔细、认真、按期的完成工作；及时向上级反馈工作情况； 3、掌握每日酒店的客房出租情况和住房预测，合理安排房间分配；与客房部密切合作，按客人要求完成预抵和到店客人的住房安排； 4、负责部署前厅接待员的业务培训及其它相关知识培训；执行并落实部门制订的培训计划； 5、同其他部门建立并保持良好的工作关系，协调前厅与各部门的正常运作，确保资源共享、团结协作； 6、熟练使用微软办公软件,具有良好写作技能； 7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
