岗位职责： 1.负责烧烤.卤水拼盘及冷菜的制作，保证及时提供菜肴； 2.能独立制作各种烧腊.叉烧等一切烧味，熟悉且能独立制作烧腊的整个流程； 3、熟悉广东湛江烧蜡制作。 岗位要求： 1.熟悉掌握各种凉菜，熟食的加工，制作，装盘； 2.精通各种凉菜菜肴的制作方法，熟练的掌握拌菜技巧； 3.服从分配，对工作认真负责； 4.热爱本职工作，有团队合作精神，为人踏实，积极肯干。

岗位职责 1、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动； 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益； 4、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务； 5、熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 6、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 7、负责房卡的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度； 8、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 岗位要求 1、中专以上文化程度，沟通能力强； 2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识责任感。

岗位职责 1、擅长烧腊、湛江菜系。 2、各类冷荤冷菜的烹调制作,根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产,保证食品的质量。 3、严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种冷荤原材料,合理用料，降低消耗成本。 4、负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作,同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。 5、检查每日餐后的原料消耗,及时申购、补充。 岗位要求 1、为人正直，有责任心。 2、有1年以上厨房冷菜工作经验 3、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。

【岗位职责】 1、接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求，并予以妥善解决。 2、接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话，予以解答并作好相关记录。 3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供准确的房况信息。 4、落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 5、调节和控制房间预订、销售。 【岗位要求】 1、具备热情的工作态度、一定的抗压能力、拥有良好的执行力和团队精神； 2、有一定的沟通能力，口齿清晰、开朗自信，有较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力； 3、中专以上学历，普通话标准，谈吐礼貌，声音甜美； 4、熟练掌握基本办公软件操作，打字熟练； 5、具有星级酒店相关工作经验者优先；

岗位职责 1、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供最新和最准确的房况信息。 2、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 3、为所有的预订部员工准备工作时间和日程表。 4、管理每日/每月/每年的所有的日常通信的书写。 5、根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。 岗位要求 1、有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、普通话清晰。 3、具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化。 4、具有销售业务谈判能力，能合理调配酒店产品，分清先后，实现客房销售目标。 5、具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。 6、能够督导团队成员的预订工作，指导下级提高电话销售能力。
