MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:        主要职责 : ·       Consistently provide thoughtful and personal service with the goal to develop a rapport with guests ,and members 始终如一地提供周到和个性化的服务，目标是与客人和会员建立融洽的关系 ·       Ensure the Restaurant & Café counter and floor are set and ready for service 确保餐厅和咖啡厅的柜台和地板都准备好了，可以服务 ·       Maintain the cleanliness and always restock equipment of the Restaurant & Café counter and floor. 保持餐厅柜台和地板的清洁，并经常补充设备。  ·       Pack down the Restaurant & Café counter and floor at the end of service 在服务结束时收拾好餐厅和咖啡厅的柜台和地板  ·       Maintain thorough working knowledge of menus and be able to articulate to guests in an engaged and thoughtful manner. 保持对菜单的全面了解，并能够以一种参与和周到的方式向客人表达。 ·       Proficient use of POS for ordering and billing purposes. 熟练使用 POS 点单和结账。  ·       Execution of the order of service in a timely and accurate manner with the goal of creating memorable service - we want Guests and Members to remember that visit! 及时准确地执行服务顺序，以创造令人难忘的服务为目标-我们希望客人和会员记住这次访问! ·       Execute the entire cycle of service thoroughly and efficiently: from greeting to order taking to preparation to assembling to processing payment.  彻底有效地执行整个服务周期:从问候到接受订单，从准备到组装，再到处理付款。  ·       Prepare all food and beverages to the standards of Fotografiska and our partners.  按照 Fotografiska 和我们合作伙伴的标准准备所有的食品和饮料。  ·       Thorough working knowledge of all beverages: coffee/tea/non-alcoholic/wines/beers/spirits.  对所有饮料有全面的工作知识:咖啡/茶/无酒精/葡萄酒/啤酒/烈性酒。  ·       Communicating with prep kitchen to ensure areas are always fully stocked with food and beverage items, alerting the kitchen when running low on a particular item.  与准备厨房沟通，确保各区域的食品和饮料库存充足，当某一特定物品库存不足时提醒厨房。 ·       Maintain cleanliness of areas, including all surfaces and equipment.  保持区域的清洁，包括所有表面和设备。  ·       Follow instruction, respond to management directions, and complete tasks on time. 服从指导，响应管理指令，按时完成任务。  Competency in conversing with guests, members, and potential members regarding Fotografiska and our various exhibitions, programs, pricing structure and amenities. 有能力与客人、会员和潜在会员就 Fotografiska 和我们的各种展览、项目、价格结构和设施进行交谈。 Work multiple activations on the property that hosts several events weekly.   在每周举办几次活动的酒店进行多次激活工作。  ·       Solution oriented and taking pride in the details, the runners builds, delivers and stewards the moments that define Fotografiska for Guests, Members, and team – past, present, and future.  参赛者以解决方案为导向，以细节为傲，为客人、会员和团队构建、传递和管理定义 Fotografiska 的时刻——过去、现在和未来。  ·       Develop and coordinate the organization of various areas of The Restaurant, Café and other F&B outlets on property.  开发和协调餐厅、咖啡厅和酒店内其他餐饮门店的各个区域的组织。 ·       Competency in conversing with guests, members, and potential members regarding Fotografiska and our various exhibitions, programs, pricing structure and amenities. 有能力与客人、会员和潜在会员就 Fotografiska 和我们的各种展览、项目、价格结构和设施进行交谈。 ·       A charismatic and articulate ambassador of the Fotografiska brand. Fotografiska 品牌的形象大使。  REQUIREMENTS ：      要求 : 1.      Education        教育 A college degree specializing in restaurant/hotel management or equivalent qualification 大专以上学历，餐厅/酒店管理专业或同等学历 2.      Language        语言 Good communication skill in Mandarin and basic English verbal, listening and writing 良好的普通话沟通能力和基本的英语听说读写能力 3.      Work Experience    工作经验 Related Bar, Restaurant or Lounge experience in the same or similar positions 有相同或类似岗位的酒吧、餐厅或酒廊工作经验 4.      Knowledge        知识 Extensive knowledge of Restaurant/Cafe operational procedures.
