岗位职责 1、协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个酒店的运作，收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息； 2、大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作； 3、要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉； 4、要负责重要宾客的迎领工作； 5、进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作； 6、解决当班期间发生的安全问题； 7、向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项；   岗位要求 1、本科以上学历，有五星级酒店同岗位工作经验2年以上； 2、能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳，精通电脑操作，具备较强的英文听说读写能力； 3、热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具备较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用； 4、注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强； 5、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力； 6、身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳；

【岗位职责】 1、制定酒店公关及媒体宣传计划。 2、组织新闻界和商界人士参观饭店。 3、向市场销售总监定期提交拜访总结报告。 4、代表饭店参加所有官方活动。接待饭店所有的重要人物及宣传。 5、处理负面新闻，进行危机公关。 6、收集市场和竞争对手信息，每周向市场销售总监提交报告。 【岗位要求】 1、本科以上文化程度；5年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、优秀的语言表达能力，能够在公关活动中进行富于感染力的演讲。 3、较强的观察和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，较强的社会活动能力。 4、了解电子商务，大众传播，平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力。 5、个性积极主动，工作认真负责。

Job Summary: - Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, products, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff. - Coordinates the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness and wellness, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk, spa retail, pool and locker room areas. - As a department head, directs and works with the management team and hourly associates to successfully execute all spa operations. - Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
