岗位职责1.处理来函文件、登记、归档、统计资料、打印、复印函件资料。2.编制每月办公用品,做好领用发放工作。3.办理月票、工作餐卡、药费报销及其它日用品的发放工作。4.协助编制部门工资、资金写入表格。协助做好工程部月材料、资金消耗表,水电、油、气月度能耗表。5.保证工程部办公室的清洁卫生和接传电话。6.负责登记员工考勤表。7.协助工程部对所有图纸、技术资料、图书进行分类、编号、建卡、存档、建帐和保持资料的完整性。岗位要求1.大专以上文化程度,有一定工作能力。2.书写工整、流利、受过秘书工作培训,有酒店工作经验最佳。3.责任心强,工作细致、稳重、踏实、耐心、热情、忠于职守、严守机密。4.身体健康、精力充沛。
