To supervise the other concierge associates, bell staff, doormen to effectively handle guest requests, to ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times.
督导其他的礼宾同事,行李员,门僮快捷有效的为客人提供服务,确保他们执行酒店的规章制度,程序和标准达到宾客满意。 确保以上岗位随时保持专业工作结果。
Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and customer service oriented.

Assist the Chief Concierge in above areas to ensure a correct and smoothly operation department.

Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
