岗位描述 1、负责制定并实施营销策略方案； 2、负责管理团队，指导、带领团队完成销售业绩指标及其他相关工作任务； 3、负责团队的组建、培训、激励及考核制度的制定、实施； 4、负责与中介渠道公司的业务协调及沟通配合； 5、负责做好客户的开拓和维护； 6、负责本部门日常事务的处理，以及领导交办的其它事务； 岗位要求 1、5年及以上项目管理经验，有较好的文字及语言组织功底； 2、熟悉房地产销售环节的各个操作流程，熟悉房地产相关法律、法规、政策； 3、具备较强的销售现场管理经验，具备文旅类项目的楼盘销售管理经验者优先； 4、具备较强的执行力和协调沟通能力，能有效承上启下； 5、熟悉市场态势与销售模式，独立具备市场研判、计划制定、团队管理、沟通协调和业务培训能力； 6、具有高度的事业心、责任感与敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力。
