Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operation management of the hotel’s core operational departments, ensuring that all operational links are efficient, standardized and compliant. You will strictly implement the hotel’s operational strategy, SLH brand standards and management requirements, lead the operational team to improve service quality and operational efficiency, control operational costs, and support the achievement of the hotel’s overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责
Oversee the daily operation of the hotel’s core operational departments (including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, security, etc.), formulate and implement operational standards and service procedures, and ensure that all departments operate in line with SLH brand standards and hotel operational requirements.
统筹酒店核心运营部门(含前厅、客房、餐饮、工程、安保等)日常运营,制定并执行运营标准及服务流程,确保各部门运营符合SLH品牌标准及酒店运营要求。
Lead, train, supervise and evaluate the operational department teams, including department managers, supervisors and front-line employees, improve the professional quality and service skills of the team, build a high-efficiency, high-quality operational team, and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
领导、培训、督导并考核运营部门团队(含部门经理、主管及一线员工),提升团队专业素养及服务技能,打造高效、优质的运营团队,维持积极的工作氛围。
Monitor the daily operational performance of each department, collect and analyze operational data (such as occupancy rate, average room rate, F&B turnover, service satisfaction, etc.), identify operational problems and bottlenecks, and put forward targeted optimization measures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
监控各部门日常运营绩效,收集并分析运营数据(如入住率、平均房价、餐饮营业额、服务满意度等),识别运营问题及瓶颈,提出针对性优化措施,提升运营效率及服务品质。
Implement operational cost control measures, supervise the use of operational materials, equipment and consumables, reduce waste, control operational costs within the budget, and improve operational profitability.
落实运营成本控制措施,监督运营物料、设备及耗材的使用,减少浪费,将运营成本控制在预算范围内,提升运营盈利能力。
Coordinate the work connection between each operational department, handle operational conflicts and coordination problems in a timely manner, ensure the smooth connection of all operational links, and improve the overall operational efficiency of the hotel.

Assist the General Manager in handling operational emergencies, guest complaints related to operations, and coordinate with relevant departments to formulate improvement plans to ensure the hotel’s operational stability and brand reputation.
协助总经理处理运营类突发事件、与运营相关的宾客投诉,协调相关部门制定改进方案,确保酒店运营稳定及品牌声誉。
Participate in the formulation of the hotel’s operational plan and annual business plan, provide professional suggestions based on operational practice, and promote the implementation of the plan; regularly report the operational status to the General Manager.
参与酒店运营计划及年度经营计划的制定,结合运营实际提供专业建议,推动计划落地执行;定期向总经理汇报运营情况。
Ensure that all operational departments strictly abide by food safety, fire safety, hygiene and epidemic prevention regulations and hotel rules and policies to achieve compliant operation.
确保各运营部门严格遵守食品安全、消防安全、卫生防疫规定及酒店各项规章制度,实现合规运营。
Job Requirements 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management, Tourism Management or related fields. Minimum 5-8 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels, with at least 3 years of experience in a hotel operations management role (e.g., Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Hotel Manager).
酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。具备5-8年奢华酒店逐级晋升的管理经验,其中至少3年担任酒店运营管理类职务(如运营总监、副运营总监、驻店经理)。
Familiar with SLH brand standards and luxury hotel operational management system, proficient in the operational processes and service standards of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering and other departments, with rich operational management experience and practical ability.
熟悉SLH品牌标准及奢华酒店运营管理体系,精通前厅、客房、餐饮、工程等部门的运营流程及服务标准,具备丰富的运营管理经验及实操能力。
Good command of English (written and spoken), able to communicate smoothly with international guests, foreign employees and senior management teams; Mandarin is essential.
具备良好的英语听说读写能力,可与外籍宾客、外籍员工及高级管理团队顺畅沟通;母语为中文。
